    We've been coming to the hotel for 25 years now, and every time we love it just as much as the last. Russel is one of the friendly faces you may meet when you check-in who goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is special. We love the hotel's location, right on the water, with quiet rooms and the market is within walking distance. All the staff is professional and helpful from the valet to the housekeeping staff.     This is my "go to" Hotel in Vancouver. It has easy parking, nice rooms, and comfy beds. It is always clean and the staff is great. It is also an easy walk to the market and restaurants. I will book again.

    We were at the hotel for one night only but loved the room, view and the service. We have stayed at the hotel on several occasions for varying times and have always found the rooms delightful and the service excellent.

    Is this located by the Christmas market? Thanks!
    Hi there the big German Christmas market is at Canada place which is only a 15 min ride from the hotel. Granville island is being transformed into a Santa’s work shop this year as everything on the island is hand made already and local! It is an amazing place to do Christmas shopping for everyone on your list.

    Does the hotel has espresso coffee machine in the room. Otherwise, do you have a coffee espresso service in the hotel? Thanks
    The room has a regular Keurig pic type machine. You can get espresso in The bar.

    It is mentioned by Jan01234 in her review that parking is FREE. However, it is mentioned on the hotel website that parking is $12 per day. Please clarify which one is correct? Thanks.
    HI Jasmine S, Thank you for your question! Jan01234 is referring to a promotion that she was able to take part in. Sometimes in low season we offer parking deals!     Would there be activities available to interest older teens ?
    There are a number of activities on Granville Island available for teens. There are kayak and standboard rentals for those who want to go out on the waters of False Creek. There is a Community Centre with indoor sports activities available. You can take the Aquabus to Science World at the eastern end of False Creek. You can take the footpath west from Granville Island to Kits Beach for sunbathing, beach volleyball etc. You can rent bicycles to explore the Island and False Creek. There are artisans' studios on Granville Island where you can watch them create. Lots to do.
