Staff was friendly and attentive. Hotel is in such a fun area we walked to public market for 2 breakfasts a snack and a dinner. Also walked to improv show. They loaned use umbrellas when we needed them too. Will definitely stay here again.

I booked a getaway with my 2 young adult kids and spent a fantastic 3 days at this boutique property. There is just soooo much to see and do . Amazing restaurants/ pubs, unique, shopping, arts & theatre. Nifty aqua bus water access to major spots downtown. Great hotel to come back to and relax on the waterfront. I am...

Great location; staff was the best of Canadian hospitality; very comfortable; wonderful view of the water and Vancouver; nicely situated and close to restaurants and good walks. Thanks for a great stay.

We had fun, room a little small, friendly staff, loved the aqua-taxis. I would probably go back, but if you do, make sure to use hotels-tonight because their app is great and we got a room half price. Although, everyone, in the parking lot could see into our bathroom. Therefore, they could watch us poop. Only me, not my g/f....

I was here for a friend's wedding, so I didn't stay the night, but thoroughly enjoyed the artsy vibe and scenery. The bets part is the boat ride over to the island, as the views of Vancouver from the water are breath-taking.

First and foremost, this was one of the worst experiences I have had at a hotel ever, and I have stayed at a lot of hotels. From the second I walked in, everything was disappointing. The woman who was checking me in was rude, and wouldn't answer my questions, just shooing me away from her desk. My room was dirty....

Guest experience is the cornerstone of the hotel industry. We as manager strive to train our staff to provide only the best service for our guests. This is an island in the downtown area of Vancouver and it is always busy with shoppers and theatre goers. It is a difficult to park there on the weekends unless you arrive early OR you're lucky enough to be staying at the one and only hotel on the Island. I stayed there last year while attending the Vancouver Web...

This is the perfect place to park your car for a couple of relaxing days....walk around the island.......have fun..... without the inconvenience of worrying about a car. The island has everything. No worries about going into downtown Vancouver.

A bit pricey for what you get. Disappointed in the customer service during my stay. The outdoor patio is great but other than that the hotel is nothing special. Would not stay here again. Not very dog friendly.

Fun and unique location for a Vancouver stay. Nice change from the oversized hotels downtown. The front desk staff was fabulous, helpful, friendly and very courteous. Weekend traffic can be a bit of nightmare on the island, so it's great to have the ferry boats to catch a ride across or down the creek. Nice size rooms with stunning views...
