Granville Island Hotel is clean, classy, and affordable. Granville Island Hotel Staff are pleasant, professional, and warm. The exceptional location lends well to shopping in support of artists, walking along the water's edge, and dining at delicious establishments! What a treat.

Excellent service! Friendly staff! Lovely hotel! Couldn't have had a better time! The view from the restaurant was fabulous. The only awkward part was my room was on the first floor next to the parking lot. There was curtains but the blocked the light completely. And the lighter sheer curtains didn't protect much!

Stayed here for a couple of nights while in Vancouver celebrating birthdays. As usual, the experience was superb! Checkin was smooth, room was ready early, parking was taken care of by the valet, room was as anticipated with a balcony, and lovely view of False Creek. Restaurant and bar experiences were great. Hope to be back soon!

Nice place but if there is a wedding going on get prepared for the loud wedding parties late at night. Close to the market which is a plus. Be very alert as you walk as the drivers on the Island do not pay attention to the pedestrians. Be sure to go to the Aquarium at Stanley Park. It is great.

Your money would be better spent elsewhere. Lots of options in Vancouver that give great value for $300 per night. Service was poor - shower was grimy and rooms are tiny. You can stay downtown and take a ferry to Granville island and avoid this hotel

Dear 571pamelak, I am very disappointed to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. While each of our rooms are unique in shape and size, I do apologize that we were not able to find a room that you felt was large enough. I am also very disappointed to hear that you felt the shower was grimy. I wish...

Although Granville Island Hotel is a great location for shopping on Granville Island it is hard access the bus system in order to explore other parts of Vancouver. Also the maid service was not very quick. We returned to our room at 3:00 to find our room not yet cleaned.

The hotel was the perfect place to stay and be able to enjoy all of the fun on Granville Island late into the night. Lovely that even after we checked out our car could stay parked for the rest of the day so we had even more time to window shop.

We have stayed at your hotel numerous times and will continue to stay with you in the future. Always an enjoyable stay. Great location and superb staff. It's a nice feeling being treated like family and isn't found often but the GHI does it well.

This small hotel on the water on Granville island is the best kept secret in vancouver. The staff were excellent in their service to us, friendly to the point they made you feel at home. We try to stay there at least twice a year, it is kind of a get-away from home which is not that far away.
