I would NOT recommend this hotel. at. all. There is a minimal parking on the side of the hotel that was quite hard to spot because you have to go through an alley. There were no security whatsoever in the parking lot. There were drug users lurking in the parking lot and in front of the hotel. Not safe -- especially if traveling alone. We ended up not staying.

Wouldn’t recommend this hotel, drug users injecting at back of hotel, very unnerving for a solo traveller. People sleeping in doorways, collapsed on the pavement and generally just wandering around the front of the hotel

This place is quite pricey for its location being a bit away from Rogers and BC Place. PLUS $35 extra to park! This should not be a standard norm! No pool, no hot tub and no free breakfast and I paid right around 300 after the parking fee! For just a Quality Inn. Room has slow internet and is small. The water did not get hot when I tried to draw a bath. Just barely warm. NO small fridge in room either! ): Room should include parking and is worth about 150/160 plus tax!, to be fair enough. Will just stay at Hampton next time which is pretty much same rate and right next to Rogers and BC Place for next concert here in Van.

Far better experience than I was expecting for this cheaper location at the south end of the Granville Strip. The room was clean with a large bathroom and very comfortable beds. Noise was not a problem in room 103 - overlooking Granville. Easy and courteous check in and out!

To be honest, the service was good and the room was very clean although very small without a fridge or microwave. The huge problem was that there were people shooting up behind the motel where you parked your car. I saw two guys shooting up and were completely out of it. I've never seen anything like that in my life, and it was quite shocking! When I was backing up trying to find the hotel's parking lot, I was right next to these to guys and saw them get out their needles and shoot up. It was such an ugly and depressing thing to see. I didn't feel safe there as I would have to go to that same area to get my car. I saw two other women join them. It seemed like the spot for the junkies as it was in an alley. I would never stay at this motel again! Vancouver has a serious problem.

Small room - double beds. Weren’t able to upgrade to queen size when requested. Limited hotel facilities. Only one of two lifts operating. On-site laundry was useful for travelling family. No view out of windows. No room cleaning due to COVID recovery?

Unpleasant and Worst Hotel Stay in The City of Vancouver I made my appointment directly with Ramada Hotel on January 14th for dates 16th and 17th and received confirmation. I also purchased online Bus Ticket for Vancouver, but their Dates Showed SOLD OUT, so I called the Hotel to advise the pending possibility of a Change of arrival date., The front Desk advised to Call Next Morning to Speak with Manager "Mukul". Next day before calling him, I called Bus Company about TICKETS and learned that their COMPUTER SYSTEM had a Glitch but was Rectified, so I purchased ticket and called Manager "Muluk" to confirm No Changes required but may need another day of stay I arrived late night the 16th and given a One Bed Room Unit. Being tired I got ready for sleep and SHOCKINGLY, to find my Bed Mattress very Soiled and Filthy, I called Front Desk to let them KNOW and was assigned another Room. The BELL BOY came to Assist with my Move to Other Room. He viewed the mattress with the ripped bed skirt that hanged over to the carpeted floor, almost causing a person to trip. He was shocked but took PHOTOS to give to the Manager Mukul the following day. No complimentary bottled water or snacks given or can be purchased. There is only water dispenser. The small coffee maker was also fifty and not working. On the 17th I arrived late from appointments very tired and asked front desk to Charge me for another Day Stay, but they redirected me to purchase it the morning of the 18th, and was Again SHOCKED, to now Learn of No Availability from Manager Mukul at front desk. I brought up the issue of the mattress to him, and he somehow played around on his computer system allowing me the purchase of another day. I Departed from Ramada Early at 6:00 AM on Thursday Morning January 18th, 2023. I Treated myself to an Executive Hotel on the 18th and 19th, then departed back home to BC Interior. I am familiar with the city of Vancouver, as I have lived in Vancouver back in the 70's and other cities in the lower mainland. Yesterday January 21st, I reviewed my BILLING Charges from Ramada Hotel and I was more than shocked but Very Angry, that there was a "DAMAGE FEE" of $80.00 ADDED to my Total Billing. TODAY January 22nd, I called the Hotel to Dispute SUCH INCREDIBLE CHARGES And the lady at the front desk said she will REMOVE it. No Explanation or Apology given. THIS IS INCREDIBLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SIGNED: DIANA

Very small, dingy room. Accidentally left an item behind and it was allegedly no where to be found. Very disappointing. Breakfast was atrocious so definitely find somewhere else to eat rather than the attached restaurant. It's located in the entertainment district, so depending on your trip the location is good. But don't expect to fall asleep until the bars close, unless the sound of thumping bass lulls you to sleep.
