Perfect location to walk to English bay, into the main area (Robson street) with all the shops and perfect location for us to explore Vancouver! Would highly recommend. The accommodation itself it contact free, so you get a code for your room/front door before you arrive, you can leave luggage if you arrive early/want to explore on your last day, and to save money they don’t have a daily room keeping service (you can request via the app for a fee, but we didn’t need it as we topped up anything using the free to use amenities cupboard and just kept our room tidy!). Will definitely be looking for other Sonder aparthotels in different countries! The handwritten note to welcome us in was lovely too!

It is a lovely place in a very nice location. The apartment is superb, everything you need is in there. The Sonder team is 24/7, and are very helpful. And I appreciate luggage room you can use after the checkout.

Once you've downloaded the app, I was surprised at how easy the check in and check out went. We also used the luggage storage which was again, really straightforward. Everything was clean. Bed was super comfy. If you have questions, I would recommend using the live chat function on the app.

Wonderfully clean, safe and comfortable. Location was perfect, easy walking to just about anywhere in West Van. Also affordable, check in time is a little late in the day, but there is a comfortable lobby to wait in. My only complaint, there is only one blanket in the room.

Great stay. Affordable, Nice room, very clean, friendly staff and service. Keep in mind the concept is self service through the Sonder app, which provides you with the relevant information you might need. The Vancouver location has a beautiful garden in the back which fits in nicely with the nature identity of Vancouver. The location is in the West end neighbourhood where you can find affordable eats, a grocery store and walk along English Bay. The only potential drawbacks are the thin walls. While I don’t mind lively neighbours, some might. However, if you do have any issues with noise the app provides access to their support team. I would stay at Sonder again.

We had a lovely week staying at Sonder at Revival. The unit along with rest of the building was clean and well maintained. Would be a plus if a gym & laundry was offered. Only thing is, walls are thin so you can hear everything. Just hope you don’t have any partyers at 5am staying right near you like we did (this is not a party building, stated very clearly). Also, wish they had 24 hour check-in. We requested a one hour later check-out time via the app and they approved our request however was charged $40 which I don’t think is really common practice from my experiences. The gentleman working there we would run into once in awhile was friendly and accommodating. I would stay with Sonder again.

This was a very nice clean and organized place to stay right off Denman st o Comox. Tim's, A&W, Buger King, Pizza and grocery store no frills all within a block of this hotel. 5min walk to English Bay Beach , We loved it !

It’s an awesome place with a great location. Clean, equipped and beautiful. The only little defect is that my room was for 4 people (1 bed and one extendable sofa and while the bed was great, the sofa was not very comfortable. Other than that it’s just a great place.

It was our first time staying at a Sonder hotel and we definitely enjoyed it. Very clean, friendly staff, amazing interior, eco friendly, and safe. Also, the location was great, close to Stanley park (5 minute walk), close to downtown (10 minute drive), and close to Granville island. Highly recommend.

I stayed there on my own. There is no front desk, cleaning the room is by request only and costs C$60 each time. Since I was out most of the time, this is not a huge issue for me. Towels and amenities are available on the ground floor. The machinery at the mall next door can get noisy, the hotel provides ear plugs. I am a sound sleeper, so, also not an issue. Love the fact that there is a kitchenette and full size fridge as well. There was only a shower in my room. Some prefers bathtubs, but fewer hotels are providing them nowadays (probably to speed up the room cleaning time). I brought enough clothes, but even if I didn’t, I think that there is a laundromat just across the street. Really love the neighborhood. Still feel like staying downtown, but away from the hustle and bustle. There is a supermarket and a liquor store at the mall next door. There are also some nice neighborhood restaurants in the area.…
