We stayed at the Executive Friday night Feb. 17th and will not be staying there again. Although the room was fine, the staff cheerful and helpful and the breakfast satisfying, we experienced a serious breach in safety. At about 11:00 pm the fire alarm sounded. We were there with our son, daughter-in-law and eight year old grandson. The instructions in...

We live about 40 minutes' drive from downtown Vancouver, so we usually stay at this hotel when we attend the International Wine Festival. They offer a decent rate, average parking fee (@$20/24 hours), and small but comfortable rooms. All the staff we've ever encountered, from desk staff to cleaning personnel, have been welcoming and helpful. The rooms come with bar...

The parking garage is a little tight for any larger size cars but very convenient to leave it and explore the area while staying at the hotel. The hallways are older but they have renovated rooms and we were very happy with the room we stayed in, The most important things to me are cleanliness, safety, comfort. This hotel nailed...

The hotel isn't overly beautiful but makes up for it with the great customer service. The hotel is close to shopping,I actually walked to Robson st which was about 6blocks.The front door concierge were very helpful with finding great places to eat.

A very nice moderate price hotel in a great location. Close to everything. I have stayed here 3 times and would go back. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, parking at times can be a bit tough because of amount of cars.

Somewhat odd location but close to Granville Island ferry. Room was small but clean and quiet. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The tv channels were all mismatched to those in the room brochure. Excellent buffet breakfast with decent hours. The wine tasting from 5 to 6 was a nice touch..

We stayed for a week-end sporting event. This hotel is well situated to enjoy Vancouvers entertainment and sports district but slightly Edmond from the hubbub. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffer is better than most and reasonably prices. The evening wine tasting was a nice touch!

I really enjoyed this nice hotel with very friendly staff. I mostly enjoyed chatting with the concierge on duty. Staying in Granville Street

Neighbourhood Profile
Granville Street
Granville Street spans many, multiple city blocks and has become so fastidiously known for its nightclubs and watering holes that it's fondly nicknamed the city's 'Entertainment District.' Friday and Saturday nights are the most popular and lively, with young revelers taking to the streets in droves and keeping the party going until late. Granville Street, being mostly open to pedestrian-only traffic, has a healthy social life along its main thoroughfares, even outside of its cafes and pubs, spilling onto the sidewalks. The locals are chatty, the shops at its expansive Pacific Centre Mall are trendy, and the whole area seems to be on a sugar rush: in a good way. Exuberance and camaraderie classify this neighbourhood.
