The beds OMG amazingly comfortable whoever picked this did an amazing job. All the staff are so friendly and very very happy to help, they provide a very friendly feel. The hotel has its own shuttle to get you places and you can catch a cab back and the hotel is central so whenever we took a taxi it was only between 8$-10$. Rooms are comfortable and clean, the bath towels are very nice. I was really impressed by the quality of the shampoo and conditioner which didn’t leave my hair like straw , not sure the brand but seems a French one. This hotel is definitely worth the stay. Masumi at the front desk is full of smiles and help, Kiki and all the men at concierge, all the other staff mentioned by previous reviews I had met and they were as described- friendly, welcoming and helpful. Very happy to stay here again.

My sister and I booked the Parker after my young adult daughter had a great experience when she first arrived alone in Canada in May 2023. This hotel is smaller than we have stayed at and not as busy, so from our arrival to our departure the staff were very welcoming and willing to do anything to make our stay comfortable. Kiti was fantastic, his happy friendly and efficient manner made us feel right at home with a stress free Check-in and also gave good local advice. Our rooms we’re comfortable and modern with coffee maker, snuggly fresh bedding, cute rooms names (after travelling for weeks in many hotels this helped!) free hotel Shuttle to the bus station was a great help, and holding our luggage for 2 days was a massive bonus, whilst we did a quick trip to Whistler. Also very helpful with calling taxis, which were always there within minutes..The hotel location is close by to Davie Street, which is a hotspot for restaurants, shops, laundromat, petrol station and so much more.
We recommend this to everyone.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for five nights. There were several positives about this hotel. However, there were a few issues that made our stay just average.

I want to start with the positives. The location of the hotel is very good. We don’t mind walking… And found that this hotel was within walking distance to many locations in the city. We walked to Gas Town, Yale Town, Stanley Park, the ferry stop for Granville Island, and more! Additionally, our room had a slight view of the water which was nice. This hotel also has a very nice/fancyrooftop bar. They also have limited car service at no charge (we got a ride to Stanley Patk one morning) and they have friendly staff.

Our biggest issue was the fact that the air conditioning did not work in our first hotel room. We had to switch rooms after the first miserable night. This was very inconvenient. I also feel that this hotel is quite dated and in need of some renovations/updating. It was also disappointing that the spa/hot tub was unavailable for use, as we were very much looking forward to using it. The hotel has breakfast but the staff were quite inattentive and the menu was extremely limited. I recommend eating elsewhere (we were give one complementary breakfast which was a very kind gesture - thank you).

Overall, this was a good base location for our visit to Vancouver. The room was basic and very no frills. I appreciate the good things but would likely search for other accommodations on my next visit.

This hotel boasts an ideal location, conveniently nestled just minutes from key attractions like Granville Island Market, local beaches, the train station, premier whale watching spots, and the vibrant downtown area. They even offer complimentary downtown shuttle service, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. Despite a lengthy check-in process, the hotel staff went above and beyond to compensate, providing complimentary breakfast and upgrading our room from a Queen to a King bed at no extra charge.

We did have to sleep in the Queen bed on the 7th floor that faced the harbour our first night and it was very noisy. For two people the Queen bed and room felt small. I would recommend King bed, specifically room 810. It was much better than the Queen we had on the 7th floor.

The staff's attention to detail and commitment to service were consistently impressive. A small but telling example was their proactive response when we noticed a wilting plant in our bathroom; it was promptly replaced with a fresh one the very next day without any request from us. This hotel provided an exceptional experience at a great value. It is a superb choice for couples, families, or solo travelers seeking a comfortable and convenient base to explore Vancouver.

The Parker was amazing. After a horrible Airbnb experience, we were able to book short notice and were welcomed to the most welcoming hotel staff and stately room, which had recently been renovated. Easy access to bag storage and a lovely restaurant on the top floor with amazing views. All the highest quality amenities in our room and comfy beds. Recommend highly to anyone looking for a place like home with all the upgrades you would expect while on vacation. Thank you Parker Hotel!

Great stay, very accommodating and attentive staff! When I first got booked up and went to my room, within a few minutes I had some doubts about its location (I could hear too much street noise for my liking). I went down to request a change if possible; at first the front desk said they didn't think so as it was so full, but without my insisting they did some shuffling and offered me a room looking over the back alley - it was perfect (you can't get away from city noise in downtown Vancouver but the shift was just enough of a difference that it was perfect!). Complimentary wine tasting every evening, courtesy drop-off shuttle, and great location. Really enjoyed it and mostly due to the staff - what a great team!!

I initially chose the hotel because it was affordable and in a great location but was very impressed with how friendly and accommodating the whole staff was. The room was very clean and well appointed. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE. I had an amazing accessible waterfall shower in my room. I also traveled with a small dog and they were so gracious and welcoming to him. The lobby had a great little wine bar that I didn’t visit myself because I had other plans, but the staff let me know there was a free wine tasting at 5 that sounded lovely. I had a great time and would totally stay again.

We stayed at The Parker Hotel for 3 nights before our cruise. The rooms were clean, comfortable, well appointed. Service was efficient each morning, by the housekeeping staff. Breakfast (which was included in our room rate) was good. Not many choices but what they had was done well and made to order. We used the shuttle service a couple times, including our departure to the cruise port. This location is great for utilizing public transportation, including water taxi & aqua bus to Granville Island. Definitely check out the Parker Rooftop, they have a great Happy Hour.

The Parker boutique Hotel is just a wonderful experience. We wished we had known that they had comp electric bikes that you could borrow and the comp valet that can take you or pick you up anywhere downtown. Convenient to all of the places that we wanted to visit downtown and take the ferry over to Bainbridge Island. Thank you, especially to Sheba at reception who was very helpful, the entire staff, including the restaurant and upstairs at the upscale rooftop bar was top notch . Enjoy their HH & the view! We will definitely stay with you again when we return to Vancouver in the future. Cathy A
