We just completed a 2 month stay in a 2 bed/2 bath unit on the 30 th floor. We can't say enough how pleased we were with everything. Amazing friendly and helpful staff, well appointed units, safe and secure parking. Location is first class as you walk to everything. Will highly recommend VES.

I was in town for a medical procedure and needed a month short term rental unit.
I was given a unit different from the link I was sent of before I signed on.
Keys were not available when we arrived after a long flight from New york city. Guest services forgot to leave the keys at concierge and we had to wait for them.
Curtains were not fixed and the sun comes directly in by 7am in th morning..they claimed not all units come with black out curtains.. After complaints they came in drilling etc which was a total inconvenience for me.
I believe I was dumped wt th worse unit here. The apartment felt cramped and looked tired.. with broken mirrors not fixed etc. Cant understand this because they take 500 for deposits and are militant about keeping the apartment in good condition upon leaving..
Location is central but th traffic noise of cars, sirens 24/7, on west Georgia St 24/7 was unbearable for us and I asked if we could have another unit but they claimed that they have no unit s and my pleas were totally ignored for a refund.
A very uncomfortable stay for me and I had to check out earlier and lost money booking another place.
Cold, calculative inhospitable service from all staff from mediocre guest services to Sales personnel Susan who pushed me at the beginning to sign on claiming it was a highly wanted place to totally ignoring my pleas for another bttr unit , and the manager who never returned my request for a call to .
Customer service is going one step further.. they dont hv a clue of this..
They basically will not entertain nor read emails past 5pm or weekends if you have any concerns to be settled.In my opinion the worst so called serviced apartment experience from all my travels around the world.
Ensure you check your apartment assigned before signing on otherwise your stuck wt tenancy with a bunch of unfriendly and cold staff to to deal with..

I can't say enough about the quality service I received from the time I moved in, to when I left. The team at Vancouver Extended Stay was amazing, Bailey and Melissa went out of their way to make my stay went well. I would highly recommend staying here if get the chance, it defiantly was my home away from home.

Good downtown location, excellent security. No central AC. Management unresponsive to service requests such as TV does not work, overflowing toilet, etc. "It's a holiday" when told of toilet issues. Maintenance requests must be submitted by e-mail for attention the next business day.

Even when the maintenance issues you are referring to were reported during a holiday, they should have been taken care of immediately. We make every effort to attend to all problems as soon as possible and I am very sorry it did not happen this time. To make sure this does not happen again, we have just made arrangements to have more maintenance personnel standing by to be ready to respond to maintenance issues without any delay. Please also note that guests may contact us by phone, email, the online support system or in person - whichever is the most convenient for you. Our online support system was launched recently only to be provided to our guests as an additional method of reporting maintenance issues, but by no means should this be considered the only way of contacting us. If this has been miscommunicated and is what you are referring you, then please accept my apologies. As in many towers in Vancouver, most of our apartments unfortunately do not have a central AC. We do provide however portable Air Conditioners in all of the units and additional fans when requested. Again, thank you for staying with us, and even though your stay was interrupted by the unfortunate maintenance issues, I certainly hope you will stay in our suites again so that we can make up for where we fell short on during your previous stay. Although this was a nice sized apartment in a very nice part of town, I was not happy with the way the place was kept nor with their approach to customer care. Money seems to be a bigger concern for the managers of this apartment.
.Firstly, they charge over $2000 a month for an upmarket apartment, and on top of this $150 plus VAT to clean it - yet the place was in poor repair and really tired looking. Within the first week I was there, the washing machine broke down, the toilet didn’t fill (never did for the whole of the two months I was there) and the windows were so dirty, the view was spoiled. Light bulbs were missing, and there were marks and stains on the furniture and the walls. For the price they charge, and the cleaning fee, you’d think they could keep the place in a better state of repair. I tried to clean the windows myself - the cloth was filthy black after a few wipes!
It soon became apparent that I would have to ask several times for things to be done or refunded. The manager’s refrain was always, “I forgot!”
When I left the apartment, there was no interest paid on the deposit I had paid. I do not know if there should have been any. The deposit was not returned for over two weeks, and then only after I had to ask for it several times.
To add insult to injury, I was charged $10 for breaking a cup and a saucer. For one thing, I used only mugs while I was there and didn’t even take the cups and saucers out of the cupboard. And secondly, the crockery provided was basic crockery barn stuff, worth a dollar each at most. Again, I had to complain several times about this before getting any action. Eventually I received the usual refrain, “I forgot to credit your visa” when they decided to reverse the charge.
It seems to me this company is out for every penny it can get while spending as little as possible on the upkeep of the place.
I would avoid this place if I were you; there is much better value for your money out there (and much better customer care).

Residences On Georgia, is a graet place for families that are vacationing in the Vancouver BC, area. we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment it was fully equiped w/a washer et dryer full size fridge, stove and 2 tv's. The view from are apartment was of the mountain skyline on one side of the apartment et from the kitchen table it was of the water and all of the boats, it was beautiful. The front desk personel were extremely nice and helpful. will defintely go back. the price was cheaper than a hotel suite.

This was the last stop on a two week holiday with my family and it couldn't have been better, the location is the fantastic and the apartments are beautiful. Each floor had 6 apartments so they were fairly compacted, we still had more than enough space though.
If anyone is going to get the short straw and a room on a low floor it's usually my family but to our surprise we got the 34th floor! Only the penthouse suites were above us and the view was incredible, facing towards Stanley Park with great views of the Lion's Bay Bridge. Personally I was a bit too high up but I enjoyed the experience.
We had our own parking bay in the underground car park, literally treated as if we owned an apartment and lived there.
The location was amazing, 10 minute walk to Stanley Park whilst being right in the city centre and 10 minute walk from Gas Town and the main shopping streets. loads of local restaurants, supermarkets etc. Plus the apartment also had a full kitchen so you can make your own breakfast, dinner etc.
Would 100% stay here again it was great.

All apartments come with an in-suite washer and dryer so laundry facilities do not have to be shared or paid for.
The kitchens are fully-equipped with full-sized appliances including fridge and microwave. All cooking supplies along with pots/pans, plates and cutlery are also included.
