    Fantastic service, location, and property!
    The Loden Hotel is exquisite! Book a room - you will be pleased you did. The property is gorgeous, comfortable, and so conveniently located, as well as quiet and serene. The staff are simply incredible. They made our stay memorable and effortless. My daughter is named Loden (a name we made up in tribute to two dear friends, and then discovered was a beautiful color and fabric - and who knew?! A hotel as well!) and so, when we discovered some years back that the Loden was a hotel in Vancouver, we were determined to visit some day. This past week was the day.     Great place to stay in downtown Vancouver
    I’ve stayed here a couple of times. It’s a great experience and the staff are always very helpful, and the complimentary hotel car for short jaunts is a very nice touch. My only complaint is the breakfast. It’s expensive, and what you get is sub-standard for the price - or for any price really.The service in the restaurant was also pretty poor unfortunately. Loren needs to do better on this front, but it doesn’t dull the overall positive experience much. …

    My company put me up in this hotel. I had to work long days and nights and tried to take a nap during the day. There is construction going on next door which is pretty loud. Also, the staff smiled a lot but were not as friendly as I read in other reviews. They could be a little more helpful!     Five star for their staff and service
    We booked the loden hotel after reading the reviews and the hotel did match the five star reviews. Their staff is ready to welcome you as soon as you arrive the order and always there with big smiles. The bikes and their shuttle service was cool. They did provide the bikes with locks and water bottles during the biking. Their staff also provided the recommendations for the places to visit, restaurants. The hotel is close to the places to Stanley Park and places to visit in Downtown and there is Starbucks adjacent to it. I haven’t seen such a smiling and supportive staff in any of the hotels we have stayed before.…

    What a lovely hotel. From our arrival we felt pampered by excellent service and a beautiful room. The location was great and the restaurant on the premises was first rate. I would make another trip to Vancouver just to stay at this hotel. 💕

    We are staying with you before our cruise, but haven't booked a hotel when we return yet. I'm wondering if you'll pick us up in your complementary car at the cruise terminal on the day we disembark and if you'll store our luggage if our room isn't ready when we arrive at the hotel. We'd like to go out and explore Vancouver.

It is best to book as soon as you make your reservation as this service is based on availability. Also, even though we guarantee a 03:00 pm arrival we are very flexible and always try to accommodate with early arrival by either checking you in or storing your luggage.     What beverages are stocked in the mini bar? Are they complimentary? Can tickets be purchased at the front desk for attractions, etc.?
    Dear Judy572, We are excited to hear that you are already planning your trip to Vancouver! Our mini bar is stock with some water,pop drinks, beers, wine, champagne, vodka and gin. All these items are listed at various prices on our private bar list. If you are looking for any specific items please contact us directly and we would be more than happy to accommodate your request. Also, our concierge team can help you book any attractions in Vancouver as long as it can be booked online as we do not carry specific attractions tickets. there is so much to see in Vancouver!     what time is the pool open till?
    Dear Heather C, We unfortunately do not have a pool at the hotel, but you can enjoy our fully equipped Befit gym and infrared sauna on our second floor. Please let me know if we can organize any activities for your upcoming stay. Sincerely,
