"This elegant home in a quiet and lush suburb is very well maintained and beautifully designed. Kitchen is available. Is a source of useful local information. Next to Pacific Spirit Regional Park for hiking.
Our 4th visit to Vancouver, every time at a BnB. Our stay was excellent due to Joanne’s non intrusive hospitality and warmth. House on Dunbar is located on a quiet and very charming street close to UBC. Our room, 2010, was clean and very well...More
Wonderful, welcoming environment, Fabulous breakfasts prepared by Joanne. Wonderful booklet listing directions to multiple sight-seeing experiences. Total support for a fabulous trip. I strongly recommend this B + B..
Owner/operator is on site and cooks up a tasty breakfast, but visitors also have the option for continental fare. The B&B is located in a quiet, secure neighborhood with lots of street parking. Very well kept, clean... shoes must be removed before entering ground floor...More

The Dunbar area is also referred to as Kitsilano.
Both Dunbar and Kitsilano are 15 minutes from downtown.
House On Dunbar B&B is not advertised as in the downtown area.
West Point Grey is one of the city’s oldest neighbourhoods, especially known for its easygoing and admired beachfronts. Locals crowd the Spanish Banks and Jericho Beach, especially in the summer, where a sprawling view of the English Bay awaits. The central village is an oasis of sovereign shops, many of them in local operation for years. The neighbourhood has a more personal feeling to it, and can be a wonderful
and much-needed break from the bustle of big-city life, being a little haven of peace and quiet with an almost village temperament in the heart of Vancouver.
