B&B run by Len and Lynne who are the nicest people you could wish to meet. Len's breakfasts are bespoke and very tasty. They have a lovely rear garden with sitting area to watch the birds visiting the garden, including the humming birds. Me and my wife differ on our opinions of the accomodation. The decor is quite old fashioned with personal effects in the room and wardrobe. You do need to go in to the hallway of the main house to go to and from the bathroom, although Len and Lynne do have their bedroom and bathroom upstairs. If you are wanting complete privacy then this might cause issues for you, but not for others. It would very much depend on personal taste. It is a traditional English B&B offering lovely food and a place to lay your head at night. What sets this apart from other B&B's are the hosts who are quite simply lovely, warm and friendly. Great place to stay to explore downtown Victoria and the surrounding area.

I needed just one night near Victoria. Preferring to stay out of the middle of major cities I found this on a Google search. The accommodation is more than adequate, and I had an excellent breakfast. Very friendly hosts and a lovely ginger cat as well who eventually became friendly and posed for photos. Had a most enjoyable evening chatting with the hosts on a variety of subjects.

We were just staying one night in Victoria & wanted to be in a quieter location but also convenient to downtown. This was just perfect - a 10 minute cab ride from the harbor front! The bedroom was charming & cosy with a very comfortable bed. Our hosts, Lynne & Len were very hospitable & helpful. Breakfast was definitely gourmet & so delicious, using locally sourced fruits & dairy. Just yummy. A place to revisit.

We've stayed two nights in this beautiful Bed and Breakfast. Our hosts Lynne and Len were great. They gave us many advices for beautiful places to go to. The breakfast was excellent with one day wafels with pears and the other day an omelette with asparagus and cheese from Edam. It's a place to go back to.

What more do you need! This wonderfull place in Victoria has it. Len and Lynn are very kind persons. Their hospitallity is above expectations. The rooms are clean and big. The private bathroom has a nice shower and toilet. There is also a nice terrace which you can use. The house is in a quite neighbourhood near downtown (15 min drive). We stayed here two nights. The first morning we had a nice start with fresh home made breakfast. The second morning we had to leave early for our ferry to vancouver. We got breakfast to go with nice bars, fruit and home made muffins. If we are here again we come back for sure.
