Very secure clean and welcoming. Would stay again every time. Great location and gym and restaurant. Friendly staff and great on site parking. We loved the suite with French doors separating the room so parents and one teenager could sleep well and have privacy.

We took the Victoria Clipper from Seattle to Victoria and booked the hotel as a package with the tickets. The arrival terminal is nearly right across the street from the hotel. The check-in staff member we met was friendly, courteous, and professional (thank you Jose for your excellent customer service!) Our room was great--comfortable, clean, and faced the harbor, which gave us a perfect view of the Empress Hotel, inner harbor, and the "Pickle Boat Ballet" performances Saturday and Sunday morning. Victoria has a lot to offer within walking distance of the hotel. Great location, great staff and rooms, highly recommended!

This hotel was perfect for our stay in the harbor. The rooms were fantastic and the service was excellent. Parking is limited in the harbor so the convenience of underground parking is greatly appreciated. We absolutely loved the atmosphere of the lounge and the service we received.

The room, reception, architecture - amazing! We recommend this hotel. We were upgraded to a suite which was very clean. I enjoyed the whirlpool and swimming in the pool. This hotel is a great location for exploring the city.

This hotel was beyond expectation. Our room was spacious and had a lovely porch to sit on and look at the city. Room service was efficient and the food was tasty. Would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

Only spent a couple of days here as part of a bigger tour of BC but had a very good experience. Check in people were all very helpful and efficient, we had an upgrade to our room as there was some improvement work going on on an outside area near to our original room. The room/suite we had was very clean and comfy, lots of space, complimentary tea, coffee. I loved swimming in the pool at 6am and using the sauna, steam room and whirlpool. A great extra and easy to find on the lower floor. All included in the price. Not busy and all the facilities, including the pool, a good size. There's a gym too but hell, I was on holiday so didn't use that :) Must definitely mention David! He was the guy in charge of the pool, gym etc on the desk as you go in and he was SO helpful!…

The location is at a perfect spot. So This Hotel is so nice and clean and everyone was very friendly. I traveled solo and I really enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend it. It is a convenient walk from the ferry!

Very disappointment in my experience with the hotel, its staff and the website description versus what I actually received. Photos attached are from the room. let’s start with what the website tells you and reality. We booked the Signature Harbour View King Suit. Which states “Step Out Onto Your Private Balcony To Take In A Gorgeous View Of Boats And Floatplanes In The Harbour.” Our balcony overlooked the backside of the fountain. Which to me looked like I was looking at the backside of a trash can area of the hotel. So we didn’t use the balcony which was what I was most excited about. Sitting out having coffee in the morning and looking out at the harbour and at night with a glass of wine. And a harbour view suit should not be on the 3rd floor when you hardly see the…

Dear Guest, Our Director of Operations became of aware of your concerns with your suite when you arrived to the Hotel last week. Unfortunately, due to high occupancy, we were unable to accommodate a room move that would have been satisfactory to you. For your information, your suite was a harbour view suite but perhaps not as high as you would have liked. Admittedly, the balcony does overlook the back side of a fountain but with respect, it does not look like a garbage area. We had hoped that the bottle of wine we sent to your room was going to make some amends for the lower floor and the view from the balcony. It is unfortunate that our location was the only positive aspect of your stay and for that I am sorry. Kind regards, Reid James General Manager

Front desk staff was super helpful and welcoming. Rooms were nice with the view. All the restaurants are walking distance. The breakwater lighthouse is about 20min walking distance. Will be staying here again.

Everything at the Grand Pacific was excellent. Reception was excellent, very competent staff met my taxi and helped me get a taxi, and room service was quick and impeccable. Housekeeping was above the usual standard.
