We have been to Abigail's Hotel a few times now, we return because we love the attention paid to all of the little details that make this hotel a wonderful place to stay. From the friendly and attentive staff, the beautifully decorated facility, the cleanliness, the tastefully decorated guest rooms, the breakfasts, the appetizers, an amazing little find. Parking was perfect - breakfast always the best - our bed was lovely - I got 4 hours of deep sleep each night - shower was strong & hot...

My wife and I visited this hotel February 13th to 15th to celebrate Valentine's Day and stayed in the Orchid Room (Sapphire room). The room is on the third floor (you must walk up the stairs, which we appreciated as it helped us get our steps in for the day; folks with stair challenges may wish to book a room...

They care about their guests! They will attend to you and your needs. As most everyone points out, the rooms are awesome. We stayed four nights in Foxglove sleeping in a deliciously comfortable bed. We arrived in our room with a bottle of wine, chocolate covered fruit, and a greeting card congratulating us on our anniversary. Such a nice gesture....

Everything was pretty much perfect. The service was excellent, the room was impeccable, from the cookies on arrival to the comfortable bed, and the thick, fluffy towels. The included appetizers and breakfast were delicious.

Abilgail's Hotel is a charming place to stay and is within walking distance of the harbor and most of downtown Victoria. Everyone we dealt with there was friendly and helpful, going out of their ways to make our stay pleasant. The breakfasts were delicious and healthy, the food, as much as possible, sourced from Vancouver Island. While not having an...

This is a great hotel in Victoria. It is a historic luxury apartment converted to a small hotel. The staff were wonderful, helpful and seemed happy to be there. The place is walking distance to town with a number of good restaurants and interesting places to visit. Breakfast is included and it was excellent. Freshly prepared to order by a...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Abigail's Hotel is a unique accommodation experience that blurs the lines between a small luxury hotel and a heritage bed-and-breakfast Inn. Abigail's is an adult-only, intimate 23-room property that is housed in a 1930's Tudor mansion. Its special atmosphere blends the romance and charm of the past with the comfort and convenience of modern accommodation. Located in romantic Victoria, British Columbia, Abigail's is quietly situated on the edge of the bustling downtown core and is three short blocks from Victoria's Inner Harbour, within walking distance of all the major downtown attractions and restaurants. Life is too short to be conventional, discover a splendour and charm that has been lost to the ages and uniquely exists at Abigail's. ... more   less
