This is a period house/former mansion well restored and adapted to a B&B. Our room was large and airy with plenty of windows. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood but still close to downtown. Service was friendly and efficient and the breakfast was well presented and tasty. Lots of free parking another bonus. King sized bed that was comfortable. We...

Beautiful old house located just outside of downtown Victoria. We found it was in walking distance to all the places we wanted to see. Approx. 15 minute walk to the Inner Harbour. Loved the big room and breakfast was really good.

We stayed two nights, in Feb. It was fine - nothing particularly memorable to us (I'm reticent to say this - seeing all the glowing reviews) - it was just some little things. First breakfast featured a grilled cheese sandwich with our eggs, and there was a delightful muffin too - but a grilled cheese sandwich? The room has a...

I loved my visit. Celina the host was so gracious and helpful. My room was so beautiful. After days of intense yoga I could in this wonderful sunken bathtubs with bathing salts provided. It was everything I expected and more. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this lovely beautiful manor to anyone. I will be back in a heartbeat.

Stayed in the McClure Room which is nice and bright and located on the second floor. Queen size bed seems small after being used to King size but other suites do have King beds. Breakfast was fine although coffee could have been warmer. Well run and in very good shape for age of this glorious house. Good choice for those...

We were really excited to find Beaconsfield Inn which is a beautiful B&B in the downtown area of Victoria - great proximity to the Harbor area in a really nice neighborhood. The house itself is beautiful a fantastic library/ sitting room with lots...

Four of my family members and I stayed here for two nights and on our second night I came down with a fever and was too sick to join everyone in the morning for breakfast. Our hostess made me a tray of yoghurt, fresh berries and fruit, tea and honey and hand delivered it to my room. On top of...

One of the most beautiful rooms I've ever stayed in. They also had WiFi and plenty of electrical outlets. Breakfast was delicious, served in courses and takes about an hour. Staff very accommodating with information on local area, as well as arrival and departure logistics. Neighborhood is very safe and is within blocks of several attractions that we walked to....

We really enjoyed our two nights at the Beaconsfield Inn, full of Edwardian charm and antiques/collectibles. Afternoon tea and evening sherry in the wood-panelled library was a nice touch, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were very attentive and helpful , and our room spacious and comfortable. Convenient for restaurants and the main attractions by the harbour. It reminded...
