Good location close to downtown - overall great experience for a business visit to Victoria! Would recommend it to any one who was visiting the area. Staff very helpful on arrival and exit. Cab was very late but not the hotels fault.

My wife and I were able to take a side trip from visiting family in Seattle. We looked at several hotels, but the Double Tree fit out needs the best with type of hotel and location to down town places for tourists.

Right from the moment you arrive you realise this hotel is in a different league. Helpful and caring front desk staff make checking in a pleasure. We had booked a suite,. The room had a real WOW factor, it was just stunning. The decor, furnishings, fixtures and fittings were all first class. I even managed to work the Keurig coffee... More

If you want to be pampered this is the hotel; make sure to get a view facing the States; view of the mountains breathtaking; Amenties were top class; loved the Keuring coffee maker & the supplied bath robes were to "die for". Staff in every department were very friendly; Only valet parking is available but all major Victoria attractions are... More

great location - valet for cars might slow you down but cars not necessary for most of your Victoria sights. cookies are great as long as they are in the warming drawer. bar downstairs is quite handy. Close to the harbor.

The staff at every point were caring, accommodating and kind! It is extremely impressive for a hotel to provide this high service culture!! WELL DONE! The valet assisting with temporary parking for my friends while I was dropped off from the airport. They made it easy, and didn't make it seem like a big deal. The front desk was GENUINE,... More

I really enjoyed my stay here and really cannot even think of a single negative thing to write about it. The room we were given was very large, very comfortable, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. In almost every hotel I stay in, I usually manage to find one blemish in even the cleanest rooms but I found none here. There was... More

right from the lobby to the spacious rooms, a very complete remodel has been done. We had a little balcony and two rooms, one was the bed room. My only complaint is the price for parking at the hotel, so I parked 1 block away for free. We had a couple of nice meals in the pub down stairs, complete... More

Enjoyed 3 nights in an upgraded suite (thank you for that!) with my wife and young daughter. Room was very clean and very spacious, and the added use of a mini-fridge and wet-bar was great for meal times. Daily breakfast buffet was very good and the staff were very friendly each morning. The location is great as you can walk... More

This hotel is only 2-3 years old and is centrally located to historical sites, restaurants, waterfront, etc. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Check-in was a breeze. The front desk staff even asked if we had a floor and room preference. For my mom and I to have such a centrally and safe location, I would highly recommend this... More
