Very friendly staff. The hotel has had a full renovation and is lovely and clean. Great beds so a restful nights sleep. It is centrally located so that most of the sights such as the harbour , museum and parliament buildings are in walking distance. There are also many restaurants in the neighbourhood. We stayed 2 nights and left our...

Lovely rooms. Very clean. Comfy beds with nice fresh pillows. Great new bathroom with beautiful heated floors. Loved the breakfast cafe with great food and coffee, reasonably priced with discount coupons given on check in. Also great Veneto lounge bar with delicious butter chicken mac n cheese and great sliders. Great location, although across street from pot smokers city hall...

Room had great amenities and hotel is centrally located, so very convenient. But best of all is staff service...I left my prescription glasses in the room, staff contacted me right away and arranged for the glasses to be mailed to my residence. Awesome!

Great stay at the Rialto. We especially loved the location, which is very central with lots of amenities within walking distance. We had a first floor room and found this property to be very quiet and comfortable. Honourable mention for the "going green" program where you can forfeit housekeeping in exchange for a $10 credit at their Bar/Restaurant. I wish...

We arrived here on a sunday afternoon and were a bit concerned as to where the car park was as it was n't onsite according to the write up. As we waited outside a very pleasant gentleman saw that we were staying there and offered to move his car so we could have his space right outside the hotel. It...

We stayed at the hotel rialto on bc ferries vacation package trip in April. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of town between Chinatown and the cool food and coffee places on Blanchard. The staff were really warm and friendly and genuinely inviting. The food at the bar and cafe was great. The rooms were nice and cosy...

This was a really nice hotel. Staff were super friendly and bent over backwards to accommodate us. Not all rooms have bathtubs but the room we had, had a great corner soaker tub. Parking is extra which is a negative and they didn't have any gluten free bread in the restaurant but other than that it was great.

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff, they have been very professional and helpful. The location is great for walking to restaurants and the harbour. The building itself is in decent shape. A few noticeable things like loose, wobbly hangars, loose faucets, and lack of openable windows in rooms and aged air conditioning were noticeable. Also...
