Clean, modern room with nice decor. Very friendly and attentive staff from the moment you arrive at check-in. Ideal downtown Victoria location, close to shopping, restaurants and the downtown core. Delicious food at breakfast or evenings and great martinis at the restaurant/bar. I love this place!

All staff excellent! Able to get early check in, dishes brought to our room. Room very clean, well laid out and spacious. Great location in downtown area, able to park our car on check in and walk to all locations. Problem with locking on door, Cameron (hope I got the right name) arrived immediately, fixed it. As we chatted and...

We stayed on January 23, 2016. I'm going to keep this short and give the abbreviated version. Pros: -The hotel and rooms were clean and tidy. -The staff was friendly, courteous, and receptive. -The location is great. Cons: -Don't stay on the Douglas Street Side. Our room was extremely noisy. It seemed like all of the street noise was very...

When we arrived we had a warm welcome at the door and the desk experience equaled it. The hotel was beautifully renovated and the room was big and clean. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel

Stayed here for two nights in January for my 25th Birthday. I booked a king junior suite room and was happy with the presentation and cleanliness. We did valet parking for $22 a night to save the hassle, you have in and out privileges. Really good location if you want to be in the centre of town. Free breakfast pastries...

My husband and I decided to spend the Christmas holidays in Victoria since we had an 'empty nest' this year. We chose Rialto almost at random, based solely on its proximity to shopping and availability of a king sized bed. We really enjoyed the location, mostly being able to drop off heavy shopping bags and then go right back out...

I took advantage of the CAA discount and stayed here for a week while in town on business. My accessible room was clean, stocked with coffee, a fridge, and the accessible bathroom was perfect for me (lbk amputee). The rooms can have a bit of noise but I sleep through all that, and honestly, was nothing like other hotels (though...

Our room was absolutely beautiful. Clean, comfortable, high quality, best bed I've ever slept in. The staff was extremely helpful, very friendly and professional. We were offered countless discounts on not only the cafe, tapas bar and wine shop within the hotel but also many restaurants and businesses in the area. We were given free coupons for breakfast in the...

Other reviewers have said it all - great place to stay if you like to walk around Downtown Victoria. This review is about hints and tips. Park at the Fisgard parking lot which is a block away. Max is $12 compared to valet which is $22. On Sundays, parking on the streets and parkades is free to encourage people to...

Stayed at the Hotel Rialto for the New Years weekend and have nothing but good things to say. We were a young couple, which I think surprised them, but they still treated us professionally and didn't act as if we were there to destroy the place. They give you a coupon for a free coffee and pastry for breakfast everyday,...
