There are a small pool, bar, and restaurant just downstair. The room is clean and has a nice view to the harbour. The location is great where you can easily walk to the harbour (just right in front of), downtown (about 3-5 minute walking), and bus stops. There is no mini fridge, no slipper, wifi is very slow. Overall, it...

Great value. Free parking & breakfast vouchers. Excellent restaurant service. There's no a/c & the room was very hot. Also no mini fridge so you can't keep leftovers etc. Lots of construction, traffic & bar noise.

Would give a higher score except for the night clerk who when I asked why WiFi would not work. She rudely replied that if I needed wifi so bad, I could come down and use the computer in the lobby. We will not use the hotel again for fear she is still on staff. The step up to the washroom...

Thank you for taking the time to write. We hope that you will reconsider giving us another opportunity in the future and do apologize for any staff that appeared rude as we're sure it would not have been intentional. Thank you again for your review and we hope your wife's surgery went well and do hope to see you again.

This place is clean, reasonable and very well located! It could use new beds but it's generally well maintained. Definitely good value for the view and central location! Great restaurant and pub with an awesome patio and views too!

I called the hotel direct seven weeks in advance and made my reservation complete with a confirmed number and printed the email confirming. I arrived after being on the road for over 12 hours and was told there was no reservation and there was nothing they could do. I was initially told they did not get the reservation in time...

Thank you for taking the time to write. We are so sorry for this terrible inconvenience and we're not sure what transpired but it certainly would have been an isolated incident. The room was small but comfortable. Friendly staff. Very good Breakfast. The biggest concern was that the side door to the kitchen was open all the time. It is located by the stairwell going up to the floors. The smell of burnt grease came up to our suite at the end of the hallway on the 2nd floor. The smell...
