This was our second trip to Victoria staying at Magnolia. We love the comfort of the rooms, people at the front desk are warm and helpful and the location is fantastic. My only negative is that the room service hamburger came practically raw and was positively revolting. When I

Like the tea and coffee service in the lobby. Friendly staff. Convenient location to downtown shops and malls. Can easily get to BC legislature building. The decor is modern. Room is spacious. Bed is comfortable. Wall a bit thin though.

We are very happy that we chose to stay at the Magnolia Hotel while celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. The Fireplace adds to the coziness of the room, the service was great & the location is ideal for walking around downtown Victoria.

The beds are comfortable and sheets are soft. I never have a hard time getting a good sleep in this hotel. All of the rooms I have stayed in have a fireplace that makes for a very nice ambiance. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Sorry for being so late. They do have valet parking and i think the charges are in line. There is a public parking lot right across the street at a cheaper rate. You may find that downtown Victoria is a great walking town, well within the range of the hotel

Does this hotel have a swimming pool?
Unfortunately, no swimming pool. The YMCA is about three blocks away.

If you would like to email me and I would be pleased to send this to you and assist in any way I can. Best Wishes, Bill Lewis General Manager

Hello, I noticed you allow small dogs. Do you also allow cats? If so, what is the extra charge? Thank you.
I asked about my small dog and they were open to the idea but I think that decision is made on an individual basis. I did not bring her with me because I was afraid she would bark or whine when we left her alone and I didn't want to disturb other guests. That was my experience but it was negotiated with the hotel. They are kind and courteous and very helpful, I'd say give 'em a call. :-)

Do you accept small dogs in your guest rooms? Sally
Thank you for the question Sally, We do accept small dogs, absolutely, and keep a supply of pet items on hand to make your pet at home. There is a one time pet fee for pets, which we can confirm at the time of booking. Please let me know personally if I can be of assistance in booking a stay at Magnolia. Best wishes, Bill Lewis General Manager
