This was our 2nd time staying here. The room is clean and serviceable but the beds are fantastic. I have back issues, and the bed is very important to me. The first time we stayed, we called them the magic beds because we both slept over 9 hours the 2 nights we were there. One design flaw: if you use the fan or air conditioner, you cannot use the blackout curtains. I called down for a separate fan and they had it up to me in minutes. Make sure you tell them of any dietary restrictions during COVID. I didn't and am gluten free and diabetic. They had pre-made breakfast sandwiches and cereal and yogurt with sugar in it, so there was nothing I could eat.

Downtown Victoria is always a nice stay. Once the Covid is over, the hotel will resume their included breakfasts. Very good value. The hotel is within blocks of downtown and the harbour and a wide variety of restaurants.

We stayed in the Balmoral room. Large lovely room suitable for a family. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed. Room was very clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Lovely balcony. Even though there was some construction being done, it did not interfere with our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Will stay again.

I rode my bike onto the Tsawassen ferry, and thoroughly enjoyed the 29km Lochside Trail ride into the welcoming city of Victoria. From the first restaurant that I enjoyed a sunset meal & beers overlooking the scenic inner harbour to the last pint I enjoyed at the Stonehouse Pub at Swartz Bay, the entire 48 hour sojourn was devine! Friendly people, great staff, enjoyable experiences abound in Victoria. Cheers

Spent the last weekend at the Huntingdon Manor Hotel. Had a really great experience. It had been a long time (due to the pandemic) since I had been out of the house. The room was clean, with everything I needed to feel comfortable and safe. The location is great - right down by the parliament buildings and great for walking, restaurants, etc. Room was very quiet at night. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for reasonably priced accommodations! Super friendly and helpful staff too!
