Abeymoore Manor B&B was superb! We stayed in The King Garden Suite which was very roomy with a separate lounge and small kitchen area on the ground floor with just a couple of steps for me on crutches to negotiate. We received a very warm welcome from Ian on our arrival. There is a huge selection of restaurant menus to...

Literally an amazing bed (sheets were so soft) and breakfast (by Chef Henry)! They seem to have thought of everything and the hospitality was friendly. It's an enjoyable 20 minute walk along Rockland Ave (or 5 minute cab for $10). Would highly recommend the Abbeymore and we'll definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful time at this grand noble inn. Everything was meticulously clean and orderly. The staff and owners were cheerful and polite. Our sleep was comfortable and quiet. The master bedroom is pleasant and fresh.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home and part of the "family." We had a delightful garden suite with a separate entrance, lots of space, and a very comfortable bed. The location is great. It seemed that no matter where we wanted to go, it was less than a 5 minute drive. The breakfasts were...

When we arrived at the Abbeymoore mansion in Victoria, Canada, the house owner Ann greeted us with kindness. The mansion is a house from the previous century, and the furniture is Victorian. Ann took us to a house tour- spacious living room with a bottle of port wine and a bowl with chocolate for the guests. The kitchen has a...

I found Abbeymoore B&B on Trip Advisor in search of a place for my husband and I to relax over a long weekend. Anne, Chef Henry, and the rest of the staff did an impeccable job by giving their attention to every detail. When I called Abbeymoore before our arrival, I had asked Anne if she had recommendations for local...

Really enjoyed our stay in the "Rose Room" at Abbeymoore. The bed was comfortable, fireplace warm as was the hospitality! Georgie and Ian made a fabulous breakfast and made us feel at home. Loved all the the little "extras"....port, chocolates, snacks and goodies to take with us on our daily travels. Great Inn and great hosts!! H.F. Los Angeles, CA....

We spent two nights at this fabulous B&B. Our suite - essentially a 1-bedroom apartment, tastefully decorated with separate entrance - would be ideal for longer stays and felt quite luxurious for our short 2-night stay! Our breakfasts were art on a plate - bonus stars for presentation and delightful, personalized menus. Service was not only with a smile, but...

We spent 2 nights at beautiful Abbeymore. Our room was spacious and very clean. This B and B is located in a very lovely neighbourhood within walking distance (a good walk) to Oak Bay Village, a delightful strip of restaurants and stores. Just down the street is Government House with its beautiful grounds to explore and closer is Craidorragh Castle....

Very much enjoyed my stay at this inn. By chance, it was during the royal visit, so a bit of local frisson. Food and room were superb. Friendly, helpful staff. I was on Van Island mainly for birding and whale-watching, so liked seeing the local birds (including resident hummingbirds) from my deck and at breakfast. Walked into town each evening...
