Staff and manager were all excellent and went out of their way to help. The diner food was so good, large portions made from scratch, and lots of comfort food. Front desk staff were always helpful with anything I needed, Housekeeping was awesome, especially Carly. Michael the manager is a gem of a person. The chef was a real pro...

We stayed for 3 nights. The rooms are VERY outdated and rundown but VERY clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, free wifi and parking. There aren't enough outlets in the rooms that are accessible. Amazing location, close to everything. Staff is very bland, not friendly or welcoming. It's a suitable place to stay if your on a budget and...

Scalded not once, but twice in 2 different rooms by the shower. Mouthy and argumentative housekeeping supervisor. No air conditioning, was NOT offered a fan, even though one was available in the room the we moved to (broken fan, but worked none the less) Rooms are old, dated and not up to the standards that are offered in other hotels/motels....

This place sucks. Dirty smelly rooms, Rude staff. I didn't expect much from a $80 a night motel but a little courtesy would be nice. If our looking for a place to stay in Victoria there are much better options for the money. Don't waste your money or vacation time on this dump.

Exellent value for money the only thing missing was air con although it did have a ceiling & stand alone fan. Restaurant/diner food was very good. Service was exellent with the houskeeping and front of house staff being very helpful. We were put on to this hotel byour relatives & it provided all we needed. Thanks to you all.

I spent 4 days here and it was perfect for exploring Victoria from and parking was free. Older motor lodge with a diner attached. I spent a little more and stayed in a Courtyard room. Quiet, secluded with a small courtyard. Basic room but it was clean, quiet, the pillows were soft and the mattress comfortable. It did get a...

If you like real cedar wood feature walls (no panelling here); a long cedar bench for luggage or friends; basic TV; clean rooms; a drive-in restaruant (just like A&W used to be); and a walk-in restaurant for breakfast (with legendary pies I'm told for lunch), then come to Paul's Mortor Inn in Victoria, BC! The rate is good too and...
