My husband and I stayed in the Penthouse which is on the top floor. The views are wonderful. There is a nice size living room and a separate kitchen. The bedroom is good size. We really enjoyed staying there .

It is walkable but will take 25 to 30 minutes depending on how fit you are. The walk is lovely - along Rockland Road past the Lieutenant Governor's mansion and other beautiful spots. You can also walk to the beach by going straight down St. Charles Street. It is a lovely walk as well with a shopping area about a block from the water. If you're a cyclist there are great places to rent bikes which would take less time than walking but still take you safely in to the downtown. Hoping this helps!
