The room was not like any hotel/motel. I wanted to move in permanently! The amenities and service was fantastic! It was like my own apartment, fireplace in living room and bedroom. Very modern bath facilities. Pool and hot tub were great. Location was nice peaceful walk to the waterfront!

Spent the night on a recent trip to Victoria. Very pleasant, good location, quiet and comfortable. Would be a great choice for a longer stay, particularly if you wanted the ability to prepare your own meals. Room was spacious and clean.

The hotel room had a wonderful view and was very well equipped. The location was walking distance from all the downtown attractions. The kids loved the swimming pool and the fish ponds on the property. The breakfast and coffee were not complimentary but we brought our own so it wasn't an issue. We loved out stay and would definitely recommend...

Dear sachins987, I am so glad to hear that you loved your stay with us. I agree, we do have a great location for families! Our koi fish are members of the family and I’m happy to hear your kids enjoyed spending time with them. Our European Deluxe Continental buffet is only $5 for children 5 to 12 and free...

Wow! HUGE rooms; great views; best checkin experience in North America. Stay here (great location; beautiful hotel) and go to the Empress for tea. Absolutely phenomenal experience. Hotel rooms have EVERYTHING! Great for a long stay or weekend.

We as a whole family have stayed at the Parkside Hotel & Spa for 3 days. I have never seen such a comfortable, clean and modern hotel. They have full kitchenette, cozy sofa and really comfortable bed. We really enjoyed roof top garden and swimming pool.

Always a pleasure and a joy to stay at the Parkside Hotel. Exceptionally clean, friendly and accessible walking distance to downtown and the inner harbour. The views from our balcony were picturesque and the greenery vibrant and plush.

Enjoyed our stay, were able to walk everywhere in town, with a living area and bedroom, great room for everyone to stretch out. We were only there one night, if you are in Victoria for several days/nights, this is a great place to stay. No A/C so, if you like to sleep with windows and doors open for ventilation, be...

Very comfortable rooms with all the comforts of a small condo. The bedroom/bathroom area is very comfortable, however there is no door between the bathroom and bedroom, just a partial wall. The good news: there is a second bathroom with a door. When we visited it was quite warm and the centrally controlled a/c was not on which meant we...

Dear474terryn, I’m glad you had a nice stay! Our Luxury suites do have a powder room off the kitchen as well as an open concept ensuite off the bedroom. We were built to sustainable standards in 2009, with no air-conditioning. Our rooms can be cooler with the windows open to invite in the coastal breeze. Our fans are stowed in...

Really enjoyed our recent stay. Everything was great with the exception of the pillows and beds which were very hard. The location was great as you could walk everywhere downtown and amenities were also great. I would recommend the hotel.
