Wife and I stayed two nights. Clean, sophisticated and stylish. We had a one bedroom which included large bathroom, stand up shower, bathtub and robes. Also the room had a full kitchen. We were blown away by all of the little touches. Evening bed turndown with mint water and chocolate, morning paper, front counter call to see if we needed...

Cannot fault this hotel. Great location - close to heart of Victoria but in a quiet area. All staff helpful and friendly. We booked a two bedroom suite and were very impressed with the cleanliness, facilities and attention to detail. Food was good. We had breakfast & lunch both served by Kieran who had a big smile, great personality and...

Stayed for a couple nights in early August in a studio suite. Staff were friendly at check in, and the lobby area, although small, is quite nice. The exterior of the hotel looks sharp and very "westcoast". Location of the hotel is great, you can walk to pretty much anything and don't need your car. Didn't use the room service...

Thank you for staying with us and we are glad that you enjoyed your stay including the amenities, service and location. Our apologies for any dissatisfaction with regards to your shower and the outside baseboard look. Our suites are inspected very regularly by our Executive Housekeeper and myself. Work on the showers is ongoing as with any hotel where large...

We had a wonderful experience at the Oswego Hotel. We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite, and it felt just like being at home. Very conveniently located, clean, and plenty of space. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a lovely hotel set in an excellent quiet location. The rooms are all very well appointed and extremely comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and lunch in the bistro and the food was good. The patio is lovely to sit especially in the sunshine. The hotel is well placed for walking into Victoria and...

LIke a previous Trip Advisor reviewer, we ended up in one of the 4 rooms without AC and balcony. Very hot few days , but we survived with the ceiling fan. Good amenities in the room. I would suggest that the breakfasts should be buffet style as we had to wait ages to be served and our breakfast was brought...

Thank you for your review! We truly appreciate the time you have taken to share your experience, as it helps us grow and form the best possible service. I just wanted to clarify, as I think there may be some confusion, on our room configuration. We have 80 suites in the hotel, and 73 of them do not have air-conditioning....

This was our second stay at the Oswego and we were not disappointed. This time we were travelling with family from out of town and booked two rooms -- a studio and a two-bedroom suite. Our studio this time had a queen-size bed instead of the murphy bed we had our last visit. This was much more comfortable. It was...

Thank you for being one of our many repeat guests. We appreciate you! We recognize that there are many hotels to choose from in Victoria and we appreciate that you return to us each time you are in Victoria. Wow, thanks for your review and your kind words about the O Bistro. We've recently undergone some changes in our restaurant including a more relaxed casual feel; a fresh view on local craft beers, wines, and gin; and, a new menu showcasing BC's finest meats and cheese. Nice small hotel right up the street from the Clipper Victoria and Port Townsend Ferry docks. Nicely done although not air conditioned. Small restaurant in the hotel with good service, but average food. Quiet, clean and easy to get to from the ferry docks. The staff is very helpful and friendly. A definite return place to stay for us.

Thank you for staying with us and loving our location close to the ferries but a short walk to the inner harbour and all the attractions.
