This is a first class golf get away and family getaway. Lots to do if you are a non golfer and accommodations are incredible. First time here, and will be back again. Pool was great, the restaurant was outstanding and the view on the patio was such a breathtaking view. Loved sitting out there daily. This is a must for everyone to check out.

We've been doing an annual golf trip to Predator for the last 14 years since our two boys have been little and the golf has always been fantastic, the restaurant hit and miss in past years was excellent this trip. We ate there three times in five nights and our only complaint is the wait time at the hostess desk, which would line up out the door. We stayed in the lodge, took our own pots and pans and were glad we did their pots and pans were in horrible condition. They used to have really good quality toiletries but that's an area where they seem to have gone to the cheap. As one of our sons commented their tissue paper and toilet paper is like sandpaper, definitely an area they could improve in. The front desk staff was excellent and always willing to help out. Sunny at the Bike Shop was also excellent and we really enjoyed biking the Okanagan trail on our day off from golf. Overall a good trip and I'm sure we'll be back for our 15th year

Overall the place was beautiful, the wedding was exceptional, the rooms were comfy. Unlike others there that weekend, we experienced some hiccups with the staff, felt like we were an inconvenience vs a paying guest. House keeping was supposed to come after 2 nights, but after 3 nights we had to ask for it, we were told that they were too busy to do us the day before. Left us disappointed, plus the black face cloths that we were given had not been washed properly (for make up removal, which is a great idea) so I had black dye on my hands and face after using it.
There were a couple of other minor situations with us that we have taken up with them. We have not heard back as of yet. We will see if we do, the customer service is not as good as it could be.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The cottage is spacious with 3 bedrooms and easily slept 5 people with room for guests in the daytime. It has the best view in Predator Ridge!

We spent hours on our deck watching the deer, coyotes, falcons, and turtles along the pond that borders the 17th hole of the Ridge Course. We spent our days hiking the Ridge trail, Biking, and Swimming in the conveniently located outdoor pool and the lap pool at the fitness centre. I played the Ridge course twice and it is spectacular.

This cottage is excellent and we would recommend it to anyone who is looking for lots of space and a quiet, peaceful location. The view is spectacular!

I stayed at the lodge for 5 months ending last month. The one-bedroom that I stayed in was well stocked with all the amenities and the little store nearby had everything for short term emergencies. Every single staff person I ever ran into was polite and helpful. The shared spaces were always kept clean and there was near constant activity of improving various spaces. My dog was with me occasionally and the outdoor spaces are spectacular. It was a really great experience for both of us!

Another great experience with predator ridge. The staff never fail to accommodate and always exceed expectations. Our room was BEAUTIFUL and the course was in top shape. They take extra steps to make sure we are safe and they have the most amazing smelling sand sanitizer (lavender). I would recommend this experience to anyone looking for a get away. No complaints.

We arrived at the hotel the last week of June during the heat wave, we stayed three days. We stayed in a 2 bedroom in the lodge, had selected a superior 2 bedroom but were told upon arrival that it had no air conditioning, so they gave us a standard room instead. It was 42-46 degrees at the time. The only dining area open was the Range, the other dining area was closed for construction, although we didn't see any construction happening during our stay. The Range had no air conditioning whatsover, and was the only bar and dining room to eat at. We were there three days and the air conditioning was not fixed during our stay. We were drenched in sweat during every meal, the staff looked like they were ready to faint, to say it was miserable is an understatement. I realize the heat wave is not the fault of the resort, but more could have been done to either repair the air conditioning, or compensate guests for the discomfort (we were literally putting ice down our clothes during meals). The saving grace was no one was enforcing the one hour limit in the pool so we could cool down in there at least.

The commonage market was a nice feature. After this trip we probably would not stay again unless all amenities were open. It was very expensive for what we experienced.

nice clean well organised place, pretty much what we expected nothing was too much trouble. we had a meal in the restaurant which was lovely overlooking the golf course usual type of burgers etc.
Still don't like to see the resort fee at these hotels never seem to know what it involves, they should if they need to add it into the price of the room.

This is our second stay at Predator and the first one a year ago was great! This year, not so much. We do understand there are staffing issues everywhere so we are trying to be as positive as possible given staff shortages etc. Check in went fine, but upon arrival to our room we found a dirty pair of socks and a tube of cream from the previous stay. We called the front and they retrieved. There was no shampoo, and when we had some delivered, we opened up the bag and there was more body wash, but no shampoo. The bottles of body wash and shampoo were refilled with the same color of product so nobody was sure if the shampoo was truly shampoo. There was a large clock in the kitchen with no battery in it so not working. The room was not the clean we usually expect. At dinner the restaurant was informed of my severe allergy to paprika, and I received my meal on a bed of smokey paprika sauce. I knew immediately as I started to have a reaction. I let the server know and they offered to remove it from the sauce, but I said with anaphylaxis that doesn't work. They re-made it. I have reached out to the food and beverage manager and received an email back that they would be having a meeting and training session regarding allergies which is great! Upon checkout we didn't receive an itemized bill as the front desk person said she could't finalize it so I am not sure what I was charged or what for. The golf course is amazing! We were disappointed as our first visit there was really good!

We have stayed many times, and seem to always have the same issues. Beautiful property, but service needs improving.
Lots of changes because of COVID, which I appreciate but also wonder if they are actually doing things properly.
Our supposedly COVID sanitized room had a pair of men’s underwear in the drawer. The kitchen cabinets needed wiping and were covered in food fingerprints. I called almost every morning to request pool reservations or items in the room( because they hardly stock it)and had to be on hold for 20 minutes. EVERY day! This is not new because every time we stay it’s like this. Then 2 times I had to call in the afternoon to remind them of whatever I needed (towels, toilet paper, etc).
All these little things get frustrating after a while.
Our bedroom blinds wouldn’t close and we were woken up at 5 am on the first day. I had to call 3 times the next day to have it fixed. This should not have happened.

There is different rental choices. Our condo did not have one but I would phone their reservations and ask. I am sure some rentals have hot tubs. They have a exercise center that might have one. Another, amazing place very close by that does have a hot tub and saunas is Sparkling Hills! A fabulous resort!

cost for 18 holes
Answer from Rod C
Vernon, Canada5 contributions3 helpful votes
The cost for 18 holes ranges depending on what time of day, week and year you are playing. Our Ridge Course is slightly more expensive to play than The Ridge Course. There are package deals if you are staying and playing as well. We also have Junior rates if your children are travelling with you. Our rates range form $75 - $165 and include use of our amazing practice facility and shared golf cart. Rod Cochrane
