The service here is second to none. From first moment walking into the lobby you know things will go well. Check in was quick and easy, room was top notch and check out just as quick and easy. Predator course was fabulous. Great views and good challenges. I would recommend this place to anyone.

golfed 9 holes at 4 then went for diner. Our server made our experience wonderful Thank you Hanna .Hanna was very helpful and very knowledgeable on the menu answering our questions. We we3re never felt rushed to finish so others could be seated.

We are always blown away by the quality of the rooms, amenities and service when we stay here. You feel like you get every pennys worth when you are surrounded by friendly/helpful staff, well thought out rooms and immaculate amenities and grounds. We do not even golf but love staying here for the atmosphere and other activities the resort provides.

Very nicely finished with great views. Service was underwhelming, no service between nights, cleaning could use a higher standard for this price point. Overall a good experience and the staff, that you saw, very friendly and helpful. Nice large bathrooms.

A must visit if you go to the Okanogan. Fantastic rooms, amenities & staff. Close to both Vernon & Kelowna. Great for golf, skiing or just relaxing. Great for all ages and all reasons for travel. My family very much enjoyed it!

I rate this Resort a 10 we have been coming here for 15 years.. However! The initial reception and greeting by “Grace” was Disgraceful. I rated it poor to terrible for the lack of a warm welcome and friendly greeting - she was Unfriendly, cold, terse, and dismissive, for such a beautiful and fun resort this was a disappointing and embarrassing front desk reception.

Predator Ridge is the best place to stay in the Okanagan and one of my favorite resorts in Canada. The property is absolutely beautiful and the experience at the resort is just amazing. It is a great place to play golf, dine and enjoy the other amenities they offer including hiking, biking, yoga, tennis, pickleball and more! I also love that it is a truly pet friendly resort and community.

Rebecca was the absolute best!!! She did such an amazing job taking care of us even while she was very busy, can’t wait to come back. Predator Ridge has been a favourite spot for us over the years but Rebecca definitely elevated our experience. So happy she’s there !

Food was average, service was excellent. Was hoping with such a great location that the food would be comparable to that at the Black Iron club and grill at Tobiano, but it was disappointing and not the level we expected. The menu needs a makeover. The burger was very average and the caesar salad was OK. Service and location were 5 star though....

We had another pleasant stay at Predator Ridge’s Lodge. Very comfortable, quiet and clean. The duvet was heavy enough to sleep outside in January, so something lighter would have been nice. The trail network is great for easy walking, and we enjoyed exploring the various housing developments that continue to pop up. Food at the Range Lounge was good; service was great for dinner but only OK for breakfast. The golf courses looked in fine shape, but green fees twice the amount of other good nearby golf courses turned us off.
