Hotel's Favourite
We have been a few times to the resort over the years and have never had a bad experience! The hotel is always clean and inviting and the front staff are always welcoming! The room was 3rd floor Mountain View and was awesome! We had dinner with my wife’s work while up there so that was great too! The pool, hot tub and amenities were all top shelf! I also used the private jacuzzi tub for a solo beer in a tub experience while my wife relaxed watching tv on the king size bed!! Views, service and food were great as usual!!

Such a beautiful stay again at Sparkling Hill. Laurel at the check in/check out desk was so lovely. Tyler was balancing it all at the lounge in the evening. He was so busy but didn’t make us feel rushed and he made us some tasty beverages! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We look forward to the next visit.

Impressed and memorable . Love all the pools, sauna, tea and relaxation rooms. The food in the Fine Peak Restaurant is amazing and taste very good; very fresh. The music there is lovely. It's good time to relax there for a couple of days. You will surprising what you pay for! Will probably to come back again!

I had purchased gift certificates through a points program so I could take my sister and daughter to the spa for facials and massage. However, when I tried to book these services, I was informed I had to stay at resort. This was never mentioned at time certificates were purchased. Sparkling Hills would not honor these certificates at the spa. Very disappointing

I did a solo trip to the Sparkling Hill Resort and Spa. I needed a wellness break to get away from stress and anxiety and time to focus on myself. I found the best place to refresh my soul. Everything was so tranquil and peaceful. It was the utmost in relaxation and serenity. I felt happy and at peace during my visit. My visit included all my meals and spa treatments every day plus access to the Kneipp water therapy, serenity pool, jacuzzi and the many steams and saunas. I especially loved the Tea Room and the Serenity Room; those were amazing places to sit back and enjoy the breathtaking views. The food at Peak Fine is absolutely scrumptious the chef out did himself with the delicious selections. This place is Heaven on Earth!! There’s so much more that I could go on and on, but I recommend you go and experience it yourself. Thank you to everyone that made my time there so relaxing and memorable.…

Excellent two day trip, we brought a cooler with some late night snacks and drinks which helped with cost and proximity of late night food options besides room service We stayed 3 rd level on the mountain side which we actually preferred due to the fact that all the other amenities had a spectacular view of the lake, looking at the mountains with grazing cows looked like ants form our window, or people playing golf was entertaining and we spend a few hours a day just starting out the window. Robes are unreal we had to ask for the larger size (XXL) because we are both over six feet tall . Check in was simple and I except check out to be the same. The restaurants were both good and we just signed the bill to our rooms which was easy. During breakfast you can wear your robes and slippers which was one of our favourite things about Sparking Hills. We hope to come back just as soon as our schedules allow use…our room was number #329 …

Facilities were beautiful (loved our room) and the service was good. Breakfast was really good. Restful atmosphere. Spa was lovely. The outdoor infinity pool and indoor hot tub were favorites. Enjoyed having a variety of food options available on site.
