Spent 4 nights here with my son and his baseball team. The staff was super friendly, and very understanding regarding a bunch of hyper 11 year old boys. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Free coffee ended at 8am, bit too early for me to get any.

The staff was knowledgable, and accommodating. Kevin showed us to rooms because one was on the highway and one was not. I had been in hospital and needed a quiet room. We choose the one on the highway side because it had two separate rooms and the traffic could only be heard in the balcony bedroom, which my daughter took. Alexander in housekeeping even went and got me tea bags because I couldn't drink coffee, and there wasn't tea in the room. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had two different rooms for 3 nights in Dec. 2021. One of our rooms was a one bedroom queen suite. It was a good size at 440 sq ft. It had a separate bedroom with a patio. Another queen bed in the living room. Both the bedroom and living room had a tv. There was a mini fridge and we were able to have a microwave brought to our room. The other room category we had was a two queen guestroom.
The area of the hotel we were in was very quiet, we never saw/heard another person the entire time we were there.
The pool area is ok, quite plain looking but we had fun. The hot tub was great, so nice to sit and relax and be right beside the pool to watch the kids play. The pool was open until 11.
The restaurant located within the hotel was booked solid for New Years eve and closed on new years day and the next. We ordered wings for take out and they were really good.
The hotel is located right across the street from a mini mall that has a drug store, grocery store, dollar store ect.
It was an enjoyable stay and staff were helpful and friendly.

Where do I start. After driving 6hrs we checked into this hotel and the girl at the front desk was miserable to begin with and said they couldn't accommodate my request of being on a higher floor (a request I made 6months prior, the week before and day before). We went to the room she assigned us and when I opened the door there were guests already inside that room. We went back to the front desk and she just said opps like it wasn't a big deal and gave us a different room. We get to the second room and open the door to guests already occupying the room laying on the bed and screamed (how embarrassing). We were so frustrated, I have never experienced this before at any other hotel. How can you mess up twice like that?? The other guy at the front desk started to assist us and was friendly and gave us a king room as an upgrade but when we went in that room the furniture was sooo outdated, the room smelt old /musty, it was so dark and felt haunted, such a creepy room. Besides that...we couldn't haul our suitcase up 20 stairs to the upstairs bed so we asked for the original room I booked ( a normal 2 queen bed room). Since it was a weekend, he barely had any rooms left to give us, but finally found us a room but it ended up being beside the elevator, facing the highway and had no AC in the seperate room (when I requested a quite location away from an elevator and the highway). The elevators feel like they are about to break down too. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures on Google, they are way worse and dont look new at all. This hotel is so old but they try to make it look new and modern in their photos , such false advertising. I have no idea how this hotel is rated as a 4 star hotel and I would never stay here again. They had no managers working on the Friday, so we talked to the manager who was in on the following Saturday about our experience and she was very friendly and understanding, which was appreciated. We moved to a different hotel for the remainder of our stay.

When I arrived at my room I was tired, the curtains were closed & i didn’t bother opening them. The next morning I opened the curtains for some sunshine & this was my view, a dirty garbage view of a back alley. I had appointments to go to so no time & i didn’t say anything. The next night i was too tired to say anything just stayed in the same room thought i would just let them know they should advise or ask about this view, or discount the price. The hotel was noisy. When i checked out the reception just told me to drop my room key in the basket & they would email the receipt. Never asked how my stay was. I wanted to write the hotel to let them know but I can’t find any written contact information. I don’t want compensation but just ask what room you are getting before you book this hotel

We had a very good experience with the front desk reception (Michelle). The room has a good size, very comfortable beds and sofa bed. I check the sheets and covers and everything was very clean. The curtains looks clean too. The room has a big windows that we were able to open and get fresh air. The kitchenettes was very good, it has everything on it to allow us to prepare breakfast and dinner. It just had missed 2 wine glass and 2 small spoon when we received the room, and I informed to the front desk. I broke for accident a small plate and a cup.The room has also a nice new drawers and night tables with lamps.The towels and kitchen hand towel were very clean. The carpet did not look clean and floor inside the room and in the hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and I never heard the vacuum. The elevator inside has a dirty floor and the carpet around the hotel too. Some of the furniture around the hotel had dust. The dish drying rack was dirty too. Also behind the beds was dirty. So I recommend to check more the housekeeping services please. It is very important for me that everything have to be clean. Also I suggest that the bathroom inside the Loft Suite needs more hangers and shelves where the guests can hang the towels and clothes. The kitchenette area needs an extra shelves or small table. We did not use the TV because we do not need as we were there for a family vacation. We hope that our feedback will be taken into account. Thank you so much.

Made an overnight trip to Vernon and stayed at the Prestige. Hotel is easily accessible with multiple entrances for quick access from wherever parked in the large parking lot. Great stay, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Hotel is close to shopping, and even the ice rink.

I booked a room for myself, husband and dog after a rough stay at a nearby hotel. Melissa the front desk agent was more than accommodating, allowed an early check in and surprised us with a bottle of wine and chocolate right to our door. I said to my husband that she was literally the nicest person I have ever met and someone who goes above and beyond. She also gifted me some fantastic locally made hand sanitizer and treats for the dogs. I cannot say enough good things.
Our room was beyond amazing with tons of space, a comfortable bed, sofa, and the absolutely stunning shower and bathroom. You cannot go wrong and extremely reasonable rate.
We stayed for two nights and had zero issues. The hot tub and pool were open which more than made this choice worthwhile. We had a pet friendly room but you would never know. Smelled amazing and the cleaning was outstanding, Never saw a hair or a speck of dirt.
We cannot wait to return again and will now make this our only hotel of choice when in the area.

My husband and I stayed for one night while having a quick overnight trip in Vernon, and we were very pleased with the hotel. The price was good for how clean the property was, the rooms were large, and the staff we interacted with were all amazing. We were going to find somewhere else to eat for dinner, but when we checked in we got a coupon for the on-site restaurant and decided to give it a shot. The service and food was so incredible that we went back for breakfast the next morning without a coupon (food was equally as good)! The only tiny thing I would change about the hotel is to increase the water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, a great stay! We definitely plan on going back for our yearly visit to Lake Country, and maybe even more.

Very nice hotel. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Clean and well-appointed rooms. Nice pool and hot tub. Restaurant on-site, though short staffed, was quick to serve, food very good. Breakfast buffet offered minimalistic but variety of choice (a bit on the pricey side for what was offered).
