The rooms are very nice because the hotel is new but the highway noise is the worst I’ve ever seen. Stay off the north side of the building or bring ear plugs. Also the hottub was down which was a total bummer as we spent the day snowshoeing and we’re really looking forward to it.

Hotel's Favourite
I attended a Junior Chamber International (JCI) young professionals training weekend in Vernon that was hosted at the Best Western and it was an awesome hotel. Our full day development training had amazing guest speakers and national trainers and was in a gorgeous, bright room with beautiful mountain views. Dee, the hostess, was super attentive to keeping our team fed and hydrated and clearing away things after meals. We had sparkling clean rooms and everything was so new and fresh, it made getting ready for our evening galas and celebrations with the organization super nice and easy. I'm sure that for any future JCI events, we'd be happy to be back here again!

Was told no breakfast when checked in only to find out there was, but we were too late and missed it. Gauntlet of people smoking outside front door(at least 10) so smelled throughout building , bar not open, restaurant not open (other than breakfast)

Rooms are beautiful and clean. Every staff member encountered, from front desk to cleaning were so friendly and welcoming ! Impressed that they have rooms available for guests with small pets too. Beautiful indoor pool although didn’t have the opportunity to try it (hopefully next time). Highly recommend ❤️

Every time I’ve tried this hotel there is always a problem when you try and let them know they don’t care. I’ve had bugs, empty shampoo twice, hair, hwy noise bad, elevator noise bad a cheaply built hotel. Nothing is good about it.

New hotel, still some housekeeping issues. They have a resturant that only serves breakfast, and was to expensive. Hashbrowns were burnt, and no name coffee was $4 On the plus , confortable bed, and while close to highway did not hear highway noise

We were greeted promptly upon arrival, friendly and pleasant. We were given a complimentary room upgrade which was a surprise, we had a king room with a kitchenette, huge beautiful room! Loved the bathroom with the large walk in shower, it felt like I was at home. The bed and pillows were so comfortable we had a great sleep and who doesn`t love blackout blinds! This property will be our go to for Vernon trips

Newer Best Western in Vernon BC. In a good area with lots of nearby shopping and restaurants. Lots of parking and easy access off of Hwy 97. Only downside is that this is one of few Best Westerns that does not offer any sort of breakfast. There is coffee in the rooms and in the lobby. There is a restaurant on the property that does offer breakfast but their prices are quite high. Sadly the hotel does not even offer their patrons a discount for the on-site restaurant.
