Very quiet, and the staff were very friendly and professional. It was conveniently located and check in and out was quick. I would recommend staying at this hotel and location. I would stay there again.
The hotel itself looked brand new and we both were very impressed with the hotel amenities. The food portions were big and the variety of breakfast foods was very good. You will need to put the electronic room key up against the elevator scanner in order to operate the elevator.
large rooms, good size bathroom, nice bed and linens, coffee station in the room plus coffee in the lobby. all you need for a brief stay. On the edge if town. Nearby restaurants, casino, shopping. Not many amenities, adjacent restaurant - 15% discount. Free parking
Staff are apathetic, unprofessional (don’t wear name tags). The room was dirty and unsanitary and in disrepair. This Hotel does not keep a Best Western standard and should lose the brand name immediately. The Rickis in the Hotel - I would not eat there. I would like a refund of 50 percent at least and an apology, but I doubt the owner would engage with understanding as the apathy may start at the top. it certainly is prevalent in the staff I encountered
Our room was extremely dirty and we had to clean it ourselves for an hour. Everything was run down and food stains on the walls, thick dust, dirty floors, uncomfortable beds and the list goes on. My pillow case had hairs all over it (wasn't changed). I read after my stay that it had a bed bug infestation a week or two before and I can see why. I wished I read all the bad reviews before I stayed here because majority all commented on how dirty the rooms were and bed bug bites. I woke up with extreme allergies and my eye half swollen shut. I have no idea how this hotel is even above a 3 star. Please stay somewhere else (not the Prestige Inn, had a terrible experience there too).
I’ve always had a good experience staying at this place. Been coming here for quite a few years except the Covid period. Very clean and quiet place. Excellent staff, would be nice if there are 2 ppl on the front desk. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay while you are in the area.
Room was next to mechanical room. Was so loud night and day. Had to buy earplugs to sleep. $370 per night. No breakfast. Carpet was dirty. Room had a odor. Front desk did not seem concerned about the issues.
Stayed here for one night. The rooms with two double beds were OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive and I booked the room in April so it wasn’t last minute. We had king bed and pull out sofa for two people . Little cramped but worked. Bedding and pillows were thin and old…. Had better at teeny tiny hotels in the middle of nowhere. No feee breakfast which was disappointing given the price of the hotel. The front desk was always empty had to stand there a long time before the girl came out of the office. The restaurant in the hotel was the worst meal I ever had. They vegetables they served with turkey dinner were mushrooms, onions and peppers…..very odd. I word stay at a cheaper hotel in the area next time.
Hotel was clean, traffic a bit noisy . No breakfast at hotel had to go to Rickey’s attached to hotel at 15 % discount . Omelette was just okay hash browns cold staff at hotel and restaurant pleasant. Pet friendly 😀
Arrived only to find the entire parking lot was closed off having just been paved. No parking anywhere. No advance notice. No contingency plan (the poor fron desk clerk was advised to tell us to try to park in the Holiday Inn lot which of course was full). No management available.
