I don't often write reviews but in this case, I felt that I just have to tell you how fantastic my recent stay was at your property. It started with the warm welcome by the valet attendant who immediately offered to take my skis to the locker. All of the front desk attendants were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel can't be beat and the ease of grabbing your skis from the ground level lockers and walking a mere 30 or 40 paces to the lifts is beyond convenient. The big heated pool and two hot tubs are actually hot (unlike many places!) and the views are fantastic. No "drink nazis" to ruin your proper apres experience either! The gym is well equipped, although I think some sort of divider between the workout area and the walk through to the change rooms and pool area would be ideal since working out with people walking through your space isn't great. Change rooms are well stocked with loads of towels as well. The rooms are well equipped and even the ice trays in the freezer were filled (one of my pet peeves when you arrive to empty ice trays!) and cream (not that powder garbage!) for morning coffee included as well. Most importantly after a full day of skiing, the mattress, pillows and linens were all high quality and even as a "fussy sleeper" I was super comfy and slept very well! I had a pool/mountain facing studio and was first concerned about the noise from Longhorns but it wasn't an issue after about 9pm. My friends in another suite called down to enquire about getting a blender for morning smoothies and were met with "let me see what I can do" and 15 minutes later a blender appeared at the door! I decided to stay an extra night/day and again, the staff were super friendly and I was even fortunate enough to be able to stay in the same room. Upon departure, the valet brought up my car and seeing that my ski bag was in the back, he offered to go grab my three pairs of skis and poles and bring them up to the front and even helped me cram them into the two pair ski bag! I know that it is extremely difficult to find quality staff these days but you guys really nailed it! Without exception, every single employee from front desk to valet to the cleaners you bump into in the hallways, always greeted me with a smile and "good morning". What an absolute pleasure and I will most definitely be staying with you again on my next trip to Whistler!

We got a super great deal first of all. The room was luxurious and clean. The view was amazing. The pool and hot tub was clean and inviting. It also helped that the weather was awesome. The check in and check out was flawless. I would def come back again.

We stay at this property every year. It is our preferred Whistler property for its ideal location, and all suite rooms. If you drive an EV, don’t plan on charging here, as the non Tesla charger is always out of order (quite inconvenient given Whistler’s location).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pan Pacific. The staff were both courteous and helpful. Our room was spacious and yet very cosy. We were within 5 minutes walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Great mini vacation and we definitely will return for another visit.

Visited for 2 day weekend break with my nephew. Excellent room, with good furnishings. Staff were super friendly, courteous and efficient. Whistler is a wonderful place even in November and the Pan Pacific made the visit work perfectly.

We stayed for one night in a studio suite with a Murphy Bed as it was just my 8 year old and I. Overall, I was impressed with the space in the room and how well stocked the kitchen was despite not needing much for such a short stay. The pool over looks the gondolas and chair lifts and is big for Whistler standards. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived an hour before official check in but they gave us a key to use any of the facilities. The best thing was how quiet the hotel was. I have found at other hotels in Whistler that noise is just something you have to accept but we heard nothing and it was lovely. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others and stay here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay at pan pacific mountainside whistler. It was a very hot summer so it was nice to have ac. We were a short walk from the buses to the lakes. We enjoyed our kitchenette to store our groceries. It was stocked well even with a cookie sheet. We could see the mountains from our small balcony. We had a sofa and Murphy bed and alternated for the 2 night. We were very close to restaurants and one of the two grocery stores.

A huge thank you to Don Prins and Charly Pery for their support in hosting our group at the Pan Pacific Mountainside! The service they provided was exceptional and they were very accommodating in meeting all of our changes/requests. Thank you again! We used the singing pass boardroom for our workshop. Everything was tidy and everything was provided to make our workshop day comfortable (tea/coffee machines etc.). On our breaks we enjoyed the pool or stepped into the village for a walk. Great experience!
