We spent 3 nights at the hotel and check in was easy. Location is central and will definitely stay there again. Good overall experience.
The rooms are spacious and have everything available, mostly by asking for it at the front desk, due to Covid restrictions. We were upgraded to a 1-bedroom which was very much welcomed, especially since it gave us room for luggage, and doubled as a changing-room. I would strongly recommend paying for a 4th floor (top floor) room because the cathedral ceilings are stunning, and somewhat romantic, especially when relaxing in the oversized jacuzzi tub with your loved one. We'll be back!
The staff were all very pleasant and tried to be as helpful as they could, but they had to make excuses for the lack of amenities that are standard in other three star hotels. The location is great and it's a good looking building, but at $723 (including $24 per night for parking) for two nights in what we thought was a pretty unremarkable hotel, the value just isn't there.
Rooms and hotel decor is very outdated
Underground parking was full and very tight parking spots. We ended up parking at Library opposite the hotel and it was also cheaper than hotel parking
Elevators takes forever
Pool, fitness room and hot tub is not inside of hotel. Have to walk out of hotel and past restaurant to get to it
