Check-in was easy. Great location and MOST of the staff were personable. Had a brief encounter of rudeness by one of the female desk staff. Our last night we had an issue with our sink. They were quick to acknowledge but slow to react. Issue was resolved but not to the standard that the Pinnacle chains reputation holds.

Overall stay was good. The check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly. The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was great and our room was quiet at night.. We enjoyed our stay. Only a couple of shortcomings as we found that there wasn't enough hot water in the evenings and the toilet paper holder was awkwardly positioned. Also be aware that the underground parking spaces are extremely small.

I booked this hotel for a conference stay. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. The spa and heated pool were a bonus. The staff was friendly. It's a smaller hotel, but they are as efficient as a bigger one.

Make sure for other that when they book a room that hotel charge parking and be prepare to vaccum the carpet yourself cause they have no time for you too busy i guess we had to borrow the vaccum and do it our self

I don’t recommend unless you have no other choice. Rooms are dated, worn. Beds are not comfy as they are worn. The coffee machine in the room did not work. There were very few people checked in the hotel and they gave us the worst room. I wonder if there was prejudice when I checked in due to the colour of my skin.

Great location, clean, kitchenette, quiet, I will be back to Whistler next year and this is now my go to hotel to book for my trip. The room was big, the jacuzzi tub was a nice touch. I will be back to enjoy this hotel again.

Lovely hotel within easy walking distance of everything in the village. Parking available underground although spaces are tight. Staff were great, really friendly and knowledgable. Appreciated their tips on walks and general local info. Really comfortable room, great bed. Very quiet so a good night’s sleep was no issue.
