We had an awesome time in Adara Hotel. Our room was pretty large and modern and what I liked most was the availability of charging sockets everywhere, which are lacking in most other hotel rooms! The bathroom was spacious and the fixtures were pretty new. The pseudo-fireplace in the living room was a super cool feature too. We were 4 people in the room and fit well in the king bed and sofa bed. We didn't take advantage of the PS3 present in the living room. Would love to stay here again!

While I have stayed at the Adara before, we wanted to get away before inter-province travel was allowed. We checked in and were escorted to parking. Our checkin was a breeze and our room door had a sticker on the key insert, to show, no one had entered the room after cleaning.

We stayed in a Loft room and there was no cleaning during our stay - which was expected and understood given covid. We ensured that we sanitized the counters as we entered and exited. We also ensured we put our bags of garbage and recycling aside for the cleaners. (my mother did not raise me in a barn, and I can respect the cleaning staff enough)

We enjoyed a room with a patio overlooking the mountains and village. We appreciated the ear plugs provided.

Overall this is a great boutique hotel, and I highly recommend a loft if there is not mobility issues within your group (sleeps 4) it as its a great price point for Whistler!

I have stayed at the Adara Hotel for ski weekends numerous times and wouldn't stay anywhere else. The location is perfect - so close to the Gondola and just a few steps from he Village, but removed enough so that you don't get the noise at night. I have searched for accommodations many times and Adara is always the best price, especially for what you are getting. And the 15% discount for returning guests makes it easily the cheapest option. The staff is always super helpful and the fresh baked cookies is a nice bonus - just wish they didn't run out so quickly. I hate having to pay extra for parking, but that's pretty standard and it's nice that they valet, but the car is easily accessible if you need to grab anything..

The service was friendly courteous and welcoming from the first contact. The reception lady was professional and along with other staff during our stay. The hotel is very clean throughout and Covid 19 practices were followed. Our room (suite) was fabulous. The master bedroom in the loft was so very comfortable with a king size bed along with a top of the line jacuzzi in the washroom up a step with doors.
The Bunk beds in the lower bedroom with tv was also modern and very comfortable.
The living room was large with tv, open kitchen concept but very spacious with ample room for table and chairs. Every luxury was included in the stove, refrigerator, dish washer and washer, dryer. All new and modern. The bathroom had a walk-in shower with jets included. The location was very close to village and an abundance of restaurants, pubs. Drugstore and stores. I totally enjoyed staying at this first class hotel and there was nothing I did not like about our stay. It’s a 5 star in my opinion.

The location of this hotel cannot be beat! Steps away from the gondolas and tons of restaurants/shops. Great value for money for a large loft room with balcony. Staff are friendly and the fresh cookies at the end of skiing everyday is a nice bonus!

The hot tub was unfortunately too hot to even sit in 3/5 nights we were there. It was 42C/108F and we had to notify front desk multiple times before anything was done. I was also celebrating my birthday the week we were there and there was no mention of 'Happy Birthday' until I had mentioned it myself after having made a note in our booking reservation.. A card in the room or at the minimum the staff recognizing it was my birthday would have been nice. The cleaning services were sub par and multiple nights we had to request new mugs/glasses and old/used towels had not been collected or replaced.

However, overall this is our second time staying at the Adara and we would definitely return and stay here next time we're in Whistler.

Came to the Adara with my boyfriend for a relaxing weekend out of the city. Our room overlooked the village stroll which was great during the shoulder season but I assume it would be loud during the high seasons when people are allowed to be out partying again. So if you like it quieter I’d ask for a room not facing the village stroll. One extra perk was the ps3 in the room. We could watch Netflix or play video games. Hot tubs were only allowed one party at a time so it felt private since we didn’t have to share it with other guests. Service was friendly and efficient. Housekeepers didn’t clean the rooms daily due to covid rules but they have everything available if you need towels refreshed ect. This is my second time staying at the Adara and I will be back.

If the staff were friendlier it would be top notch... still a great place to stay... and sort of pet friendly. Our extremely well-behaved dog was no problem there and we enjoyed our stay... if your dog is less well behaved you'd have a massive issue here I think. The staff were not really pet friendly, in fact the front desk / lobby staff were quite unfriendly in pretty much every way, they didn't even crack a smile at our cutie and there was no extras for pets even though they charged us $15/night extra for "extra cleaning" when they were not cleaning during our stay only at the end of our three night stay "because of covid". So really they charged us an extra $45 "pet extra clean" to clean the room once because we had a pet there. I guess they had to clean up after our non-shedding, super clean, dog three times during the one cleaning when we left.

We had the luxury of staying at the Adara hotel this last weekend, and we were so lucky to have found it! Their newly renovated pool/hot tub area was just perfect for after skiing relaxation, and the lofts were spacious and beds were like resting on clouds - perfect for resting after a long day of Whistler activities. The location is happily situated in the village with access to everything with only short walks, and we were greeted and treated so well by the staff, who were extremely accommodating for our group which was quite large. Kudos to them for their hospitality and service!

We chose this hotel for the Stay and Spa discounts and the location close to, but not right in Whistler Village. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the loft room #307 which had the bedroom upstairs with a deck off the room. We also appreciated that the parking fee was only $10 as opposed to $20 or more that other hotels were charging and they let us leave our car in the small parkade after we checked out which gave us time to do a little shopping and go for lunch. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the young lady with the Irish accent! We'd stay there again next time we go to Whistler!

Great location in Whistler village. Rooms are bit dated and odd mismatched furniture- but everything is clean. Pool was quite cold during our stay but hot tub was perfect. We did have to call down to get bars of soap as none were in the room. I do suggest bars of soap, extra garbage can in room and Kleenex be in room since there is no housekeeping during the stay. Understandable with Covid regulations but need to be able to wash our hands and small garbage bin fills fast.
