My family and I had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Listel Hotel in Whistler Village. The location of the property is excellent, close to restaurants, shops and several amenities. The property itself was very clean and well maintained. Our rooms were spacious and we felt very comfortable. Our family dog travelled with us and the hotel accommodated our needs for travelling with our pet. The room had a dog food bowl, and treats upon our arrival which was a very nice touch! The entire staff team we interacted with were very friendly. The guest services team especially Ravinder was wonderful. We called front desk a few times to ask for a few things and service was friendly, and very prompt. The hotel had filtered water and ice available on the 2nd and 3rd which was greatly appreciated during a hot Whistler weekend. We will definitely be back here again and would highly reccomend The Listel to our friends and family!

Our stay at the Listel Hotel in Whistler was a great experience. I was traveling with my dog and the rooms were easily accessible, clean, and the AC was incredibly comfortable during the hot summer days. The staff were friendly and very efficient when we had any requests for things like cutlery and toilet paper. The location of the Listel is also ideal; I was able to walk my dog around the golf course next to it, every morning, and it was convenient to have garbage disposal nearby. It was also a very quiet hotel considering we came on a long weekend in summer. All in all, a very friendly, efficient, clean and quiet hotel and I would recommend it to anyone, and also return for more stays.

Was there for a weekend stay. Check-in was fast and friendly. After a hot day of riding on the motorcycles, our room was actually ready early and that was most appreciated. Great location. Easy to find off highway and then we walked everywhere with ease. Room was spacious and clean with most amenities necessary (no microwave). Good shower and water pressure and an extremely comfy bed...two of my most important criteria after cleanliness:) We were on the third floor and it was extremely quiet. We had a couple of noisy "yahoos" the second night, but you can't seem to get away from them no matter where you stay! I loved the room that held the ice machine along with a tap for both regular and sparkling water...nice touch! Also appreciated all the green initiatives. I found the $25 per night for parking rather steep, but since this was our first time in Whistler perhaps this is the going rate? It was unfortunate we did not get to eat in the Bistro or try the Ketel One Ice Room vodka tasting. Both were entirely sold out for both nights of our stay. :( I wish we had known that we should reserve these in advance. Perhaps a suggestion in the email you send after reservation is made? Again, first time visitor so I had no idea it was that busy in the "off season" Not sure we will return to Whistler as it wasn't entirely our vibe, but it was a fun experience nonetheless and we would still recommend this hotel to others.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We feel well cared for and all our needs are met. It is centrally located and easy to get to for biking on the mountain. They have a wonderful bike storage room and the hot tub was a real bonus this last trip. Overall, I highly recommend the Listel if you are heading to Whistler.
