Hello Ignacio D. Thank you for your review. I am happy you appreciated our location and price point. It is true we do not offer breakfast, as this is unavailable with the restaurant located within our building. I do hope you got to try one of the other breakfast restaurants, located just a few steps from our hotel entrance. With regards to our facilities, we are continually working on changes and upgrades, and recently completed re-carpeting of our guest hallways, and new drapes and sheers in every guest room. Great location and helpful staff provided great accommodation for our 10-day ski holiday. Room quite adequate for a couple and given the abundance of nearby facilities - restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets - not to mention the ski lifts, the hotel was a great base camp.

Hello Adrianpp. It is true we had a significant flood recently due to a burst pipe, with a number of our guest rooms as well as our elevators damaged, and taken out of service. Our team has been doing their absolute best to have these aspects of the hotel fully operational, as soon as possible. Our first priority has been to ensure the safety of all of our hotel guests and staff, while providing a quality guest stay, even with the challenging circumstances. I am sorry we weren’t able to provide a late check out. Given the situation of numerous guest rooms out of service due to the burst pipe, we were challenged to offer this special request to any of our hotel guests. As we wanted to ensure all guest stays were accommodated, afternoon check outs were not possible. I am glad you enjoyed other aspects of our hotel, including our quality wifi and filtered water service. With regards to guest room configuration, I apologize if there was any miscommunication, as our rooms have either 2x Queen Beds or 1x King bed. I do hope you get a chance to stay with us again, as the restoration work due to the flood has progressed very well, with only a handful of rooms not in service at this time, and one of our elevators now operational. Car park is a bit expensive, can't remember how much, but is right under the hotel very convenient, you have to drive around the back to get to it. I seem to remember the entrance was a wee bit tricky to find.
