if you're looking for a cheap hotel with good location this is it. Do not expect a heated pool or spa bigger than your own bathtub, quiet room (as you can HEAR everything) - we were in room #354 and EVERY morning the cleaning crew would park their cart right outside and would make noises ALL day while retrieving stuff....

We found someone else's socks in our room. The beds were made and the towels were folded but no cleanup around the beds or chairs. There was no response from management to the complaint. The person who took the complaint asked why didn't we request another room and put it back on us as our problem. Anyone with an exhausted...

On arrival we were told we had been "upgraded" from the two queen bed room we had reserved to a one queen suite with a pull-out, that looked nothing like the pictures shown here. Room was very basic, dated and worn - not value for money. House staff were friendly but did not produce any options within the hotel to...

Good location & such a great location. Great customer service. I would recommend my friends to stay here. Then only thing that bugged us in the room was that the heater was kind of off. But all in all it was good.

If requested could earlier check In be possible and if so that would be a good asset to have. The reason being as an example checked in on Super Bowl game day and had to get to Long Horn tavern early to get table. I was good that we could park car but I had to leave Long Horn at...

Our group had an absolutely fabulous time. From the moment we walked in to check-out, the service was top notch, solid! The rooms were well maintained, the beds were comfortable and the amenities were lovely. I'm not going to lie-the hotel is rather outdated however, that didn't effect the experience. The entire team was pleasant, attentive, polite and so sweet....

While this hotel is fairly dated & not the fanciest decor, the convenience of the location is great for the decent price. It's an easy walk to Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas & right in the heart of the village. It's across the street from the Village Strip so it's not as loud as the hotels on the main pedestrian street....

Whistler Village Inn and Suites was an excellent choice for our family of 4 over the new year 2015-2016. The facilities were great and we used them well. The outdoor pool requires a bit of a trek and bravery given the cold temp, but the kids loved it all.

This was a great hotel, a bit dated in design but clean and minutes from the gondola to get up the mountain and ski. The staff were really nice and very helpful. We got a great mid week price :) Would recommend the hotel to anyone :) The rooms have lofts and a fire place (fire logs only). The elevator...

Room was basic but had all we needed. The staff could be friendlier but, all in all, a great place to stay in Whistler. We stay there regularly and are pleased with the hotel and its facilities. Reasonable value.
