Although this is in Creekside, there is a bus service or cabs to the village. The accommodation was great with a nice pool and hot tubs, and although Creekside is quieter at night with few choices for eating we will definitely stay her again

Nice location in front of the Gondola. Not easy set up inside the hotel, Long corredora, Too many people for few elevators. We found ants in the room. Even if it is clean the room and the towels have an smell. Nice people working there with few exceptions.

5-star prices, 1-star service. We politely asked to pay to leave out bags here while we awaited our bus. The front desk host was very adamant about not making an exception to this rule. After asking us a series of irrelevant questions still refused to budge or even let us talk to the desk manager. I’ve traveled to almost 40 countries and never had a simple request like this refused even when I wasn’t a guest at the hotel. This kind of inflexibility smacks of generally poor service so we would never consider staying here when we return next time.

Well-appointed, nicely configured unit. Our unit had a great view of the mountain that you could enjoy while sitting in front of the fireplace. Staff were friendly, attentive, and responsive. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Really enjoyed the hot tubs and pool. Close to market and restaurants.

Legends at Creekside is best hotel especially for families close to Whistler Village (7 min drive, 50 min walk, quick bus ride). Rooms: quiet, plush linens, full kitchen (large fridge & freezer), fireplace, washer & dryer with soap, TV in lr & bedroom, multimedia player to play music via bluetooth, cd or usb stick in lr. Hotel: kids play room (not open in covid times), outdoor pool & hot tub open, Dusty’s pub-type & apres ski restaurant around corner, secure ski lockers in lobby (ask for lock on check-in). Skiing: Creekside lift right around corner, handy ski rentals. When skiing down make sure you follow trail signs back to Creekside, or download via Creekside Gondola. Biking: fairly secure bike lockers on P2 (access to anyone with key card but can lock to secure metal bike rack).

We've been coming to this hotel for a weekend stay every summer now for over 10 years. Great facilities and staff and always very clean. Big rooms, quiet, and well laid-out. The big down side is that the underground parking is ridiculously limited and it's the only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star rating. Unless you have a compact car, you'll literally have to take up two parking spots as the spaces are so small or risk squeezing into a spot so tight that you won't be able to open your doors on one side. Particularly problematic with SUVs. I don't think they can do much about this due to the way the pillars are spaced. This past summer was particularly noticeable as we now have a mini-van and I had to park in handicapped parking as we had two toddlers, a 5 month old and a senior, so parking far away from the elevators posed a safety consideration due to the lengthy distances you have to walk through the garage to find a spot you can fit in. If you don't have a car, then it's not an issue. Otherwise this is a great hotel!

We traveled as a family, stayed in unit 521 - a 3 bedroom unit and it was perfect! Lots of space, huge bathrooms, overlooked the pool, extremely well equipped, clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Super impress with this property, not only because its has well furnished units but because the host services/process at check were some the easiest experiences I've had at check in. We came in late evening, tired, and they process was fast, unlike many place. We were told about the pool booking times (due to covid, we had to schedule times at the pool) and we're a little bumbed about that initially. But once we saw how it worked, it was one of the best pool experiences I've had. Our unit was pool facing and limiting the amount of people limited the noise. Also, when at the pool, we didn't have to deal with the hordes of people that are normally there (pool is everything when the weather is nice). Schedule and limiting people at the pool meant that we pool was accessible (not 100s of people) and an enjoyable experience. I'm I member at another resort and am going to recommend that they adopt the same system!

Great family place. Charged $17/day for parking without telling you, just like all the other reviews say. No problems getting a spot at the pool. Had it all to ourselves when we booked it. Very quiet there and we stayed Sat-Mon. Lots of amenities.

We booked several nights in the hotel for this summer, we a clear notice that there will be no fee taken prior to the arrival. But 6 weeks ago they took 25% from the credit card without any notice. Since then, no answer to the many emails (10) or phone call. Do not go to this hotel, they may just steal your money...
