The view from our deck was incredible! We saw a bear on the mountain and a deer make its' way through the bikers on the trails. Having our own hot tub on our deck was amazing! The room was awesome and the bed super comfortable. Loved the warm bathroom floor as well. Olivia and Justin went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was a memorable one. We can't wait to come back!

Hotel's Favourite
We booked a suite at the Sundial with a private hot tub on the deck for my partners birthday and absolutely loved it. We were greeted at both the front door and reception with a warm welcome. Even though we were early for check in by the time we parked in the underground we were told our room was ready which was a great surprise. Our room was on the third floor and overlooked a plaza with a bit of a view of the ski hill. We had a private hot tub and loved it. Our suite had a fully stocked kitchen and a separate bedroom which sure made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. We had a few meals in as well as some great meals out. It was a very quiet and lovely stay. The hotel staff communicated via texts, which was great, and even let us borrow an adapter to run Netflix from our devices. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

Dear Michelle, Thank you for taking the time to share your recent stay with us. I'm so glad to see that you thoroughly enjoyed your private hot tub suite, the views of the mountain and the the fully stocked kitchen. It's also great to read that you found the texting system to work well and that you were able to make use of our HDMI and lightening cables to connect Netflix to the TV. I hope you had a wonderful time in Whistler itself and look forward to welcoming you back next time! Kind regards, Emily Guest Services Manager

My family just came back from a fantastic mid-week 3 night stay at the Sundial. The rooms were large as advertised, clean and the kitchen was well appointed with everything you need if you wanted to make meals. You can't ask for a better location as you're right beside the Whistler Blackcomb lifts/gondola. We've stayed in Upper Village and Creekside before so really appreciated the central location in the Village as the kids could wander around on their own and don't have to cross streets to come back. While we were situated above some restaurants that were playing loud music at street level we could not hear it inside the rooms. Rooms have a coffee maker but the highlight was the Nespresso machine in the lobby that provided our first jolt in the mornings. The parking was FREE mid-week and lots of spots available. A welcome change as most hotels charge parking between $20-$40 per night. I loved the bike mechanic stand, bike pump and water hose setup next to the bike locker. Great to be able to rinse off dust and mud after each ride. I also loved that this hotel provides free bike rentals for those who didn't bring along. The icing on the cake was the staff. Thank you to Emily and front desk person with British accent (sorry I forgot your name) and the staff who helped us numerous times to check in and out our bikes from storage. Special thanks to Justin who was the consummate host. From providing us with useful and accurate village info to always checking in with us via SMS to make sure our needs were met Justin treated us like friends rather than customers. We booked the Sundial based on its location and great value but we'll come back because the staff clearly wanted to make our stay enjoyable.

I loved the staff at this hotel! super friendly and nice. Shout out to Olivia, Bill and Aiden who made sure we were well taken care of! as well as the rest of the team! Loved our private hot tub suite, the view was gorgeous! They have free 1 hr bike rentals as well which was great to not have to drive or walk everywhere. my only critique for the hotel is the water pressure for the showers was on the weaker side. Other than that, this was a memorable place to celebrate in and I highly recommend it.

This was a great location for our first getaway to Whistler. Great staff, a very comfortable room and right at the base of the lifts in the lower villiage. Secure bike storage, and the attendants were very quick when we needed to get our bikes. Very satisfied with our stay.
