Had never been to one before. Loved the atmosphere. Deck outside every room. Felt safe even leaving valuables like computer on bed all day. Decent wifi. Geoff was very accommodating. It is coed which was a surprise but I found out that is pretty normal. All age groups were staying there when I was there. Bus to village stops out...

This was the first hostel i had ever stayed in while travelling and had no idea what i was going to be in for. After checking in i soon realised that this lodge was definitely the perfect choice! The lodge is located about 200m off the sea to sky highway so it was easy with the transport system to catch...

I stayed at the Alpine Lodge Hostel during the first weekend of January. The facility had a very impressive level of overall service & cleanliness. The rate of $40/night was more than reasonable, and the general camaraderie around the common area (large screen TV, board games, socializing with other guests from around the world, complimentary breakfast) creates a positive atmosphere...

We had the delux room on the ground floor with 2 bunk beds and a futon, but were told it was only big enough for four, although you could probably fit five or six at a squeeze. There was also a kitchen, private en-suite bathroom and small patio area in the garden. It's right next to the pool room and...

I stayed at the hostel for a month and had an incredibly enjoyable stay. Geoff and his staff (Kanako and Mami) went out of their way to ensure I had everything I required to be comfortable. I stayed in Frog Hollow 1 for the duration of my stay. I think the cost of this particular room is very reasonable and...

Definitely a ski hostel, with wood accents everywhere, and a huge common area with plenty of log cabin feel. Loved having a hot tub and steam room available at the hostel. Very handy after a hard day of skiing or boarding. The hot tub isn't a party tub as it doesn't seat a lot of people, but it's great for...

The Alpine Lodge Hostel is a great way to spend a week hiking in Summer or Skiing during the Winter. It has a full spa bath and shower system similar to a Japanese onsen. The host Jeff has great stories and advice for your time in Whistler. The hostel is about a 5 minute drive from whistler village, and very...

Would recommend this to anyone, I know that I will only be staying here in the future. When you're...
