Courtesy water : you can expect 2 a day, and for each Evian bottle you have to pay 10 dollars The front desk staff and concierge are really no good, we asked with over a month for restaurant bookings and ended up doing it ourselves because communication isn’t their key... The mini bar is empty, when you call for them to fill it you have to pay extra charges plus tips for something so basic... The spa is dated, the pool area outside feels like a holiday inn hotel... I would never come back to a four season and I don’t recommend it at all...

We dined in Braidwood on site several times, and really enjoyed our servers, especially Mike and Miles... The service was prompt, friendly, and personable... Our server Oliver was able to give excellent recommendations for dishes, and everything was so unique and tasty... The manager at Sidecut was seen helping bus tables, interacting with guests, and even seating newcomers in Braidwood... Everyone at the Four Seasons was so courteous and friendly, all the way from housekeeping to management... We felt we were well-known at the hotel after only a day, and the entire staff helped make our trip very special... I would absolutely recommend the Four Seasons to anyone traveling to Whistler!...

The pool itself is stunning and you get your own lounge chair... My one bedroom suite was well furnished, spacious and comfortable... The room service has an extensive menu and the kids had so much fun ordering on it... The valets are excellent with easy and safe bike storage... Although it doesn’t offer ski-in ski-out, the Four Seasons has a ski concierge that will take care of your equipment transportation and storage making it a seamless experience... ...Everyone from the bellmen to front desk staff to concierge to restaurant staff were beyond wonderful. The hotel car and the shuttle were a huge plus... Daily hot chocolate for the kids and wine tasting for the adults... And last but not least the ski and snowboard rental process was amazing... They have a kiosk by the lift so you get fitted at the hotel then they carry your gear to the kiosk where you pick it up and off you go...

The hotel shuttle has proved to be very convenient and reliable... I love to order room service, and on 1 of my nights instead of ordering an adult meal I like to sample a couple items off the Kid's Menu... I ended up sending the food back which I've never done before, but the staff was super polite and quick to rectify the situation... I went down there thinking I was going to get my gear, but they just gave me one boot to try on for size, which didn't fit and then told me to head down to the rental room at the base of Blackcomb... The gentleman helping me acted a little irritated that the boots didn't fit me... However at the end of the day the process was much smoother... Handed my gear in at the tent at the bottom of Blackcomb, headed to the rental room and they helped me get out of my boots, they had cookies and water waiting for us (nice touch)...

Our room was beautifully presented and the pool area was very welcoming - Ben - one of the British pool attendants was exceptional in terms of friendliness and service levels... We will definitely be visiting again - Evan and his team should be rewarded for all of their efforts to make our stay as enjoyable as it truly was...

Lindy truly made it such a welcoming experience for myself and girlfriend... 2 visits to the outdoor lounge with James as our waiter - he gave such kind and professional service... Rebel always kindly greeting us and setting us up on a preferred set of loungers, while being so kindly taken care of by the team of servers... ...This is our 2nd trip to Whistler and we were so thankful to have found the Four Seasons. We were upgraded to an amazing room with a private outdoor sitting area and a lovely sitting room... The bathroom is luxurious , with a great tub and a huge closet as well... We booked through our American Express Platinum and that got us the room upgrade and breakfast... The breakfast buffet was perfect and the staff were amazing!... The waiter, remembered my beverage order and brought it before I asked... The staff felt like family, we loved chatting with them and felt so welcomed... Had a great pedicure and was treated well there... We are active, hiked , mountain biked and explored, so we chose to bring food back to the room and eat at our lovely patio, vs going out... The hotel, the staff, the grounds, the location , the cozy beds, make this the place to stay in Whistler...

...The property, rooms, pool and spa area are all fantastic… but what sets this place apart is the service. Everyone goes out of their way to ensure your expectations are met... The check-in was great with a full resort overview (it was our first time here), a sip of lavender lemonade and a little stuffed bear for my four-year old... We really enjoyed the spa area and pool in particular... They even occasionally brought around complimentary treats... Comfy set up, beautiful views and a true “vacation” feel...

...Stayed at pan pacific and other hotels in the area and their service was just as good if not better. Pay a premium to stay at a premium location, and this did not fit the bill... Issues with television and restaurant in hotel...

Hotel itself is a bit old, but staff’s service and hospitality was so excellent!... Ski concierge was also convenient... Free cookies and hot chocolate were very delicious... Bell desk staffs were also very kind...

...Courtesy water : you can expect 2 a day, and for each Evian bottle you have to pay 10 dollars The front desk staff and concierge are really no good, we asked with over a month for restaurant bookings and ended up doing it ourselves because communication isn’t their key... Room service takes even for water bottles over 30min ... We have 2 double bedroom suites w living room and fire place and one suite king... The spa is dated, the pool area outside feels like a holiday inn hotel...

...Everyone from the bellmen to front desk staff to concierge to restaurant staff were beyond wonderful. The hotel car and the shuttle were a huge plus... Daily hot chocolate for the kids and wine tasting for the adults... And last but not least the ski and snowboard rental process was amazing... They have a kiosk by the lift so you get fitted at the hotel then they carry your gear to the kiosk where you pick it up and off you go...

...This resort is exactly what you would expect from a Four Seasons. This was my third trip to Whistler in several years but my first time staying at the Four Seasons... I was really pleased with my room, which turned out to be more of a 1-bedroom suite rather than a standard hotel room... The hotel shuttle has proved to be very convenient and reliable... I love to order room service, and on 1 of my nights instead of ordering an adult meal I like to sample a couple items off the Kid's Menu... Start with putting real cheese on that grilled cheese sandwich and use better bread... Handed my gear in at the tent at the bottom of Blackcomb, headed to the rental room and they helped me get out of my boots, they had cookies and water waiting for us (nice touch)...

I had a very pleasant winter escape with Four Seasons Resort Whistler. A special acknowledgment to Steven for my superstar check-in, Gus at the front office for my check-out, Aidan for serving my delicious breakfast tower, and Lindsay & Carmen from F&B in the hotel’s café... The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean... A fun addition was the s’mores for guests on the patio, which was presented with perfectly tasty winter treats... I do feel however the hotel could use a renovation for the spa, as the amenities of the sauna, steam, and showers are a bit outdated... Finally, the house car service was simply superb, keeping me comfortable to/from the Whistler village...

...Reasonably close to the Blackcomb gondola. They also offer shuttle service... Their ski concierge offered top notch service... I rented my board and boots, as well as helmet- above average... Overall highly recommended the hotel...

...Construction noise and limited amenities that we are still charged for as the “resort fee” doesn’t seem fair, parking charges exorbitant especially when paying for a large suite and car is just parked outside covered in snow, service staff in restaurants and bar are the best as usual, told upgrade wasn’t available at check in even though larger suites were available to book on the app at time of check in. Breakfast dishes from 8am not cleaned up when I came back to room at 3pm despite calling and requesting in the morning and room getting maid service, 20 min wait for bellman... Little things like this are what make me want to try the Fairmont next time...

...The rooms are impeccably clean, the bed was like a cloud, the in room breakfast tower was amazing. Everything about this hotel is beyond 5 star... Everyone was so helpful and easily contactable... Very handy that we could reach out via Facebook Messenger (absolute genius idea whoever put that in place!)... Housekeeping were great and it was lovely to have the turndown service... The rooms are well maintained and modern... Highly highly recommend staying here...
