Rooms are clean and spacious, service is great and they are very polite and accomadating. -Please put a water dispenser in your fitness centre/gym. Global warming and plastics are destroying the planet, time to get those out of your hotels! If you must use tetra pak bottles, or paper cups. But cheap plastic bottles diminishes this high end brand of the hotel, please move on from single use plastics, same with the in room toiletries. -Restaurant felt very under staffed, this is probably a function of covid, hope that changes in time. -Would be really nice to have an adult only pool. The pool is pretty much jammed with screaming children all day every day. Otherwise a great stay!
I have always enjoy the best quality services provided by Four Seasons given prior great expreience I had from Four Seasons in Japan; which is the main reason I booked a staycation at Four Seasons Whistler for my husband's birthday celebration. However, the overall experience did not meet my expectation or I should say worse than some experience from some of the four-star hotels I stayed with before. When we arrived with our car just to check in since we were awared of the fee for valet parking. There was a more senior valet asked my husband to hand over the car key. My husband explained that we were not going to park at the hotel and we will leave as soon as we are checked in. However, the valet raised his voice and told us that everyone parks at the hotel when they stay. After we insisted that we will find parking nearby ourselves, he left while mumbling about something. We did raised this incident up again when we were checking out of the hotel, the front desk staff ensured us that she will definitely follow up with this incident. However, a month past and we are left with not even an email or a simple phone call to follow up with the incident. This does not feel like a five-star hotel service which makes me suspect I accidentally booked a holiday inn instead of Four Seasons. In addition, we've always love to celebrate birthday or our annivasary at more luxury hotels. We have received either a bottle of red wine, a box of macaron, a small birthday cake, or sometimes just a small card saying happy birthday or congradulation on the anniversary. I added a note when I reserved the hotel about celebrating my husband's birthday and I have also mentioned that again during our check-in. However, there was nothing at all like other luxry hotel would normally do. I have to say I am very disappointed for the service we received which basically ruined my husband's birthday. I will definitely not recommend anyone to stay at Four Seasons given the experiences.…
The concierge team helped me plan the surprise for my husband for our wedding anniversary! I can say that they were my fairy godmothers because without them, I will not be able to pull it off. Keep up the good work, everyone!

We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at the Four Seasons this July and it was so memorable! We always planned to go back to our wedding location for our 10th (Jade Mountain Resort, St. Lucia) but due to Covid, we took a chance and booked something local at the Four Seasons for a 2 nights stay. So glad we did! The staff surprised us every day and we were spoiled beyond our expectations. Our 8 year old son was with us and he was also so sad to leave at the end of the trip. We booked a table to Sidecut for our Anniversary Night and Oscar and Deepesh took really good care of us for a fantastic dinner. We were thrilled by the oysters and the signature culinary experience with the Tamahawk. Rachalle at the Braidwood took care of us for breakfast in the mornings and suggested to visit Vallea Lumina (night walk experience) and we did. It was a fantastic suggestion! We ate all our meals at the resort and we had a good experience with Marco who greeted us each evening! We spent most of our time at the resort, our son really like the pool. The staff at the pool is exceptional, taking good care of you with a full drink and food menu. They also treated us to few surprises everyday, popsicles, frozen fruits or simply a lavender mist to refresh you. Finally, we met with Amer at the restaurant and he truly made our last day memorable! Overall, The Four Seasons is the best hotel in Whistler, without being pretentious or complicated. They give you the best service and amenities but always in a friendly and professional manner. Good to know before you go (July 2021) -The breakfast buffet is back and open. -The pool is fully open and reserved for hotel guests only (not for day-spa guests). No need to book, first come, first served. There is a 3 hours limit if there is a waitlist on busy days. We did not experience any waitlist or a time limit during our weekday stay. -Pool cabanas are free and on a first come/first served basis. -The spa is accessible for resort guests to use the facilities (change rooms, washrooms). The steam room and sauna is closed but you won’t need them! Spa services are offered. -Kids love the free snow cones in the courtyard between 3 to 5 and parents will enjoy the complimentary wine tasting between 4 and 5. -Room service is offered and our towels were changed without asking housekeeping (nice to see housekeeping services being safely introduced back after COVID). -The mini bar fridge in our room was empty but you can order what you want to fill it if needed. It was useful to store our son’s favorite beverages. -The outdoor games are back and fully available (giant chess game, ping pong and others.) The mini golf is closed since they have extended the outdoor dining terrace. A heartfelt thank you to the Four Seasons’ staff for making our 10thanniversary so special! We can’t wait to be back and see you again for more memories!…
