Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights over May long weekend. We really enjoyed the location and the hot tubs and pool. For the price, the rooms weren't really anything special. Even though we had an "upper floor suite" our view was mostly of the roof top in front of us... if you looked around the corner on the balcony...

We stayed in May, this hotel is very nice and warm and inviting. The staff were super friendly and the room was very clean and tidy. A complimentary continental breakfast is included in the price which has a variety of options from cereal, fruits waffles toast etc. All quite nice. The hotel is directly across from Earls who they seem...

My family and I went there for the first time and we didn't know what to expect. But after the first day, it was heaven. We shopped at all the stores, there are so many choices of restaurants to choose, went to various daily events offered for children and adults, lots of things to see. It was really nice. You...

This is our second stay. This hotel is consistent in its excellence. Although it is large, it always has a sense of intimacy and warmth to it. I recognized a number of the staff from our last stay - and they recognized us too. It is so well located. We walked to the ski hill and biked from the front...

Renovation next door to the hotel, and unexpected noise during the day from construction. They had free breakfast and wifi but this was not mentioned at check in. Had to pay for parking despite 'special' for BC residents on website. Also only supporting aeroplan (incorrect information on website).

Great hotel. Excellent location in the village close to everything. Great two bed family suites. Delicious room service from nearby Earl's restaurant. Free drinks in bar for happy hour daily. Free cooked buffet breakfast (rare now in ripoff five star hotels). Very helpful staff too. Ski lockers at bottom of Whistler mountain in sister Mountainside hotel. Nice pool and spa....

The experience was very positive as the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were very well appointed and relaxing to be in. They are the type of rooms you want to stay in rather than get out of. It made it harder to see all the local sights. A definite...

3 couples took advantage of off season rate to spend 1 night in the 3 bedroom penthouse. Really a great suite. Full kitchen ( which we didn't use) built in Miele coffee maker (which we did use) 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, third full bathroom was separate from 3rd bedroom but had shower, sink , toilet. All 3 bedrooms had...

The fame of the resort and the size of the mountains made it a skier's pilgrim trip. However, it's kids' march break and they may get fed up with skiing if we just make them stay up and ski from 9 to 4 every day. I had to offer entertainment at the bottom of the mountain too. My wife wish...

Breakfast buffet was nice; outdoor swimming pool fun but a tad cold outside in April. We got hit with an $ 84 parking charge for 3 nights at the hotel. Room was retro but nice; townsite busy but not lots to do for a very young family other than enjoying mountains, flowers, fresh air, and a nice park for kids....
