Pros: Check-in was a breeze, concierge throughout the process was helpful, stock of kitchen essentials was decent, view from 202 was fabulous - proximity to lifts/resort was amazing - literally outside our door. Extra soap, towels, coffee, etc were easy to get if not already in the place. The locker downstairs for ski stuff was great. Cons: No pool/spa, "lobby"...

Could not be happier with this condo. The location couldn't be beat as far as accessing the lifts, as well as the village and nightlife. Even though we were in the heart of everything it was still quiet enough that the kids napped and slept great. we will definitely be staying here again.

Our room faced the mountain so we watched the fire & ice show from our room on Sunday night. The snowy patio was perfect for the kids to play. We were in a perfect spot for Whistler Kids, the lifts, etc. There is some noise from the restaurant/bar downstairs. We were on the 2nd floor. I don't think it disrupted...

Do not stay here if you're expecting a great ski experience. The Carleton Lodge is just apartments managed by another hotel and you cannot use the hotel's amenities. There's no common area, hot tub, pool, nothing. The rooms are advertised as two bedroom suites, but the rooms are not equitable at all and offer no privacy from each other. House...

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. We are sorry to hear that you were not fully satisfied with your experience. As the Carleton Lodge is made up of individually owned apartment style suites, it is ideal for guests seeking spacious accommodation in a prime Whistler location.

The room was very dusty and dirty, sewer smell in the laundry, stained carpet, table broken, crumbs in the kitchen, hair in the sheets and bath, candy stuck to some shelving and light bulbs burned out. The day after we arrived we had to take time to talk to management and they were quick to address the main problems with...

Great location, value and service. The apartments are all individually owned. Sadly we ended up in a room that hadn't been renovated since the 70's. We expected more fore the money you're spending to be there. We would stay there again but would be more selective when requesting a room.

the location is awesome, there is a lack of amenities. No Pool or Hot Tub. Guest Services is in a different building. The suite was very average and there was not enough hot water for 3 adults to shower inside of an hour.
