We stayed in a king suite with pull out couch. Room was clean and spacious. No tub in room. Really enjoyed the large shower with spa shower head (6 jets, a wand, waterfall spout and rain shower head). The hotel does not have elevators, so if you're on the second floor be prepared for stairs. Pool is large and the kids enjoyed the dumping buckets and underwater lights. Hot tub is small and the bin for pool towels was always empty. The food at the restaurant is tasty with large portions, but be prepared for slow service. If you order room service you have to go to the restaurant to pickup they do not deliver to your room. The play structure needs more mats in front of the slide and is missing pieces. The hotel placed plastic toddler chairs in those areas as a fix. It was NOT safe for little kids.

I had a great stay. Staff were friendly and responsive! The room was clean and comfortable. I had breakfast 3 times and supper once at the hotel. The meals were great! The hotel was close to many restaurants and stores.

Decent pool and room is nice - standard for hotel in its class - price was average and no issues with the staff. Location allows access to multiple eating and entertainment options. Restaurant on site but we didn't take advantage this time - have in the pass. Have been to this hotel for family and business.

YesI am writing this at 2 AM Not a full service hotel very limited menu and only 4 verity of beer ! Guests were manly stuck in the farthest area from food and drinks. And by far the (WORST) bed I have ever tried to sleep on. Staff were friendly and tried to blame the lack offerings on Covid even though other places have managed to restock there bars and restaurants

I had booked a standard room and much to my pleasure upon check-in, I received an upgrade to a King room! Apparently they were busy and needed my double room. Thanks for the upgrade! The front desk staff was quick and courteous. I have always had good experiences with the front desk staff here and that is a be if the reasons I keep returning. I was so happy to see the Keurig coffee and big comfy bed. The room was nice and clean. Love the bathroom even though there is no bathtub. I did not use the pool so I can’t comment on that. But everything is nice and clean. The whole experience was wonderful. I will continue to recommend this hotel to others.

Room had the option of fresh air through window, or heating and cooling through the system. Bed was clean and very good mattress. Hot and full breakfast is from the inhouse restaurant and very well prepared. Staff are obviously interested in how you are doing and whether your needs are being met. I had to travel by car from Toronto out to western Canada and back. I have stayed at many average priced hotels that could offer me a bed and breakfast before getting on the road to the next place. Compared to all the others this is a gem! Best service and quality for an average price. This is the only one I felt motivated to share about on TripAdvisor. I am very impressed.

This was an excellent EXCELLENT stay here at the Victoria Inn Hotel!! I had my son with me during this visit and we both were very happy that we decided to go here!! We wanted a place that was cozy, comfortable (and clean), and having a swimming pool is a bonus. This place met ALL our criteria and more!! The customer service is excellent here! Bravo to Ceyla for being so welcoming and her professionalism is top notch!! I’m not even going to hesitate to stay here again next business visit. Thank you to everyone at Victoria In Hotel for the awesome service!! My son was so happy to be here with me and said “Let’s go here again!!”

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and nice. The free hot breakfast was awesome. The staff called me by name whenever I saw them. Lobby was clean. The fire alarm went off as soon as I checked in and was told it was a false alarm, but turned out to be someone over microwaved something in the microwave by the pool area.

A positive experience from the start. A welcome text inquiring about the room was a nice touch. I’ve never received this before, and we travel a lot. The room was lovely … spacious, with a clean and comfortable bed. Good wifi, TV, fridge & coffee making facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff.

From the time we entered the lobby on the first day until we left after the two nights, the experience was great. The staff were awesome by being very helpful. The rooms were very clean. The hotel was quiet with very comfortable beds. The restaurant is clean and food was great. The restaurant could open earlier for early risers though. It does open at 8:00 am and the breakfast was worth the wait. Set up great for business or leisure needs with pool for families to enjoy.
