This is a hidden gem of a hotel! Room are clean and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable. The breakfast area is really open and bright. The person who looks after the breakfast area does a really good job for all the guests. The breakfast items provided were all very good.
A side benefit is that the hotel is located right beside the Tbirds next door and that is a really interesting experience!

My sister and I stayed here for one night. The check in was pleasant with all staff masked. We were able to check in an hour and half early for no extra charge. The cleanliness of the room was impecable. My sister wiped down everything in our room with a Lysol wipe and did not find one spec of dust! Free breakfast. We ordered from menu and servers prepped food and we picked up when our order was ready. The beds were very comfortable. Check out was simple with no contact! We highly recommend this hotel!

We were in town to treat the grand kids to a movie, the location of the theater is just down 18th street, very close. While Grandpa was with the 4 yr at Paw Patrol, grandma and the 10 yr walked over to the bowling alley/T-birds right next door, had a bite to eat and played arcade games until her Taylor Swift show started. The kids enjoyed the pool, the next morning the hotel maintenance allowed us to swim before the 9.00 o'clock opening. Breakfast was good , coffee was good lots of seating choices. Good parking , overall good experience. The only down fall was the room size, I wanted a suite that could accommodate 3 adults and 2 kids - no luck, we chose 2 queens and I was going to get a cot, as it turned out one adult couldn't make it - so it was ok.

Check in took a long time and we were charged repeatedly. They cancelled our room in the middle of the night of a two night stay. We were then charged the wrong rate for the second night. Staff was uncaring and oblivious. The accessible room that we book did not allow us to use the shower - was not accessible for a wheelchair user. Be warned and look for other accomodations.

The trainee on front desk noted you did not wish to stay the second night due to room issues with shower, thus the cancellation happened. We stayed in the hotel after I had my surgery. We had a good experience as staff were always helpful and approachable. Especially Harman and Brinn at the Front desk. I gave 4 as they could have been excellent if they had a wheelchair (which I believe necessary) for guest that would help them move around in case they require one to do so.

The room nice and clean.
I asked if they had a place to plug in my hybride car and they have a few...but unfortunately, it seems their « pulsing system » did npt work for me. Since it was late I decided just to tell them in the morning, since I have plugged my connection into regular outlets everywhere’s with no problem. When I mentioned it in the morning, the desk person sais he was sorry, and ended up admitting that other clients had also encountered this problem! If the problem is not new, either fix it or dont tell us we can use it!
The other issue is the breakfast. It says it starts at 6 am but the employée arrives « sometime around six fifteen » and service at 6:30. Not the best respect of clients. The food is so-so

Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of your stay. I am sorry you were not directed to an outlet that is suitable to charge a hydrid vehicle. Since we live in a province where block heaters have been more in demand, a pulsing sytem is in place for vehicles to retain our green status. Certain outlets are available for vehicles that require full power, I will ensure all staff are aware of those locations. Breakfast does run from 6 am to 7am as a hot bag breakfast, the full hot breakfast runs from 7 to 10 am. we are sorry that you did not find the timing or large selection to your liking. We hope you will consider trying our property again when you are in the area and find things more to your liking.

The hotel allowed for a late check in and was easy to get our rooms, despite the hour and the fact we were a large group.
The rooms were clean, well maintained, and spacious. There was a fridge and microwave, also clean! The hotel was quiet. My only concern, that I shared with the manager, was that the shower wasn’t draining
They allowed parents to hang out in the evening together in the foyer/breakfast room in the evening.
The following morning the breakfast was well-stocked and tables were wiped frequently. They also allowed us to use the area for our team lunch!
Great stay and looking forward to our next one!

If life brings you to Brandon, this is an excellent hotel, and definitely worthy of your consideration. The place was clean, quiet, and offered a nice room at a reasonable cost. Because of breakfast is prepared to order it can be a bit slow if there are many people in line in front of you.
You should also note that Wyndham apparently does not award points if you book your stay through a third-party reservation company (such as booking.com, or Expedia). Not the hotel’s fault, but a global bit of obnoxiousness from the parent company!

A basic no- frills hotel. The room was looking a bit tired and could use some renovation. A very odd layout with the sink in the room itself while the shower and toilet are in their own small room. Awkward! The breakfast is adequate - and free of course. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Room rates are somewhat below the overinflated industry standard of these days, which is refreshing.

Stayed 2 nights.
Bed was soft with many pillows. I prefer firm bed but that’s typical for hotel beds. Room was clean front desk staff were so nice and friendly. Always smiling when we passed through the lobby.
Breakfast - a big concern. Hot foods were just placed in a bread box with no way to keep them hot. Food handling protocols require hot foods to be kept at a certain temp and without any heating this would be impossible. So- having said that we did not eat those foods as they would be unsafe. Not sure how that’s allowed
There were waffle and pancake options cold cereal breads and bagels and fruits available.
The lobby and breakfast area was very hot and stuffy so not the best to sit and try to enjoy eating something.
The bathrooms have a sink outside so a little weird and inconvenient at night to try to wash your hands in the dark and be quiet so you don’t wake up your bed mates. Toilets are small and dated. Fell down trying to sit as I wasn’t used to such a low toilet lol. But that’s just the age the building was constructed.
Overall very clean but the dated bathroom and noise transfer in the hallways and scary breakfast food situation I would not return.
If you want clean and basic then this place fits the bill.
