I planned to see polar bears, and booked a five-day stay at the end of October more than half a year in advance. During this period, I contacted the owner and she said that accommodation, air tickets, and tundra vehicles in the peak season must be booked at least half a year in advance. In August, I learned that the trip would not be possible due to visa reasons. I do know that accommodation is non-refundable, trid to contact the owner if it is possible to transfer the room to others, it doesn’t matter what the price is. The owner has always said that he will help with the transfer. More than two months in advance, the 5-day stay during the peak season could not be transferred even for one day. It felt like the owner had no plan to transfer or refund the money from the first day. Beware, greedy owner! ! !
