Great location and friendly staff. Great having the pub right across the street. Food was excellent! Staff very helpful in choosing daily activities when we were unsure of how to schedule out day. Ability to have late checkout worked well with train schedule (and train is walking distance).

I booked a trip with Frontiers North Adventures, our group were lodged at the Tundra Inn. The hotel is Clean, and Comfortable. The Kitchen was self serve with Coffee. Frontiers North provided Breakfast boxes. There was a small gathering lounge that everyone in the group sat around and talked before the daily excursions or during free time.
It was a wonderful family style hotel, Clean, Comfortable, with accommodating staff.

I appreciated the email reply after booking online — letting me know they were expecting me and it contained welcoming information. Simple and good customer service interaction. The shared kitchen area, coffee and fridge were helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a reasonable (even with heavy packs) walk from the train station. They gave me a free shuttle to the airport.

We stayed here as part of the Polar Bear tour with Frontiers North. A comfortable no-fuss 2-bed room with a decent bathroom. Filtered coffee was always ready and the desk staff were friendly and helpful.

my entire family felt right at home and most comfortable. we took over 4 of the rooms and everything was great. Housekeeping did a great job. Updated bathrooms were a pleasant surprise in such a remote little town.

This hotel was much more than expected. The Inn is cozy, the rooms are large and very clean. There is a communal kitchen supplied with coffee etc. Staff were always pleasant. We were here for four nights as part of a polar bear tour.

Tundra Inn was the perfect place to rest our heads after a busy day of adventuring in Churchill. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchenette in the lobby with unlimited coffee was a bonus.
The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We would definitely recommend staying here and we will be back again!

Only stayed here one night with a tour group but it was very warm, friendly and inviting. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Very conveniently located to restaurants, one right across the street. What an experience to be in Churchill, seeing all the wonderful sights and polar bears.

Frontiers North put our group up here and that was fine. The staff are really friendly, the room was large and clean. We got a good night's sleep in comfy beds. It was handy to be across the street from the Tundra Pub Grub & lounge as the food there was really good!

Hi there, Tundra Inn posts their hotel rates for each season on their website. I can't post the link here but you should be able to find it by searching for "Tundra Inn Hotel Rates"

The Tundra Inn rep contacted Marc Ingebritsen for me. (I was there in Sept. - too early for the Tundra Buggies). Marc has lived in Churchill for several years and knows the area & its history well. The tour cost $100, lasted ~ 3 hr. & included several sites around town (he is knowledgeable about the historical significance of each), a visit to the Churchill Northern Studies Centre (CNSC) then we watched a roaming adult polar bear for a while. A pleasant guy who knows where the bears are likely to be. We were also lucky to watch the Natural Resources officers as they loaded 2 bears from the Polar Bear Jail into a net & carried them away from town with a helicopter (happens when the jail is full). Overall, time well spent. I later worked with a group for 11 days at the CNSC. Our group hired Mark for an afternoon & he found a female & her cub - lots of photos. (watch for an article in 'National Geographic Traveller' that one group member is writing on Eco-Tourism). Ended the day with a visit to the polar Bear Jail (can't go inside but several displays outside). Mark worked at North Star Tours, pone 204 675 - 2147. His cell # was 204 675 - 0016 Ask if he can show you around for a few hours.

Hi there! I ran your question into google translate, so I hope that it was translated correctly. There are no polar bears in Churchill in May. They tend to come back into the area in July and stay until late November. Prime polar bear viewing season is in October/November. A double room in November is $255 a night. We do not own Tundra Buggies, but we work closely with a company called Frontiers North Adventures who own the official Tundra Buggy in Churchill. You can book your polar bear viewing activity through them. Thanks for your question and again I hope the translation is correct. Brandi Tundra Inn Marketing Team
