The Tundra inn is well located in center of town and has good hot water. The WIFI was ok and the housekeeping and service were erratic. Some staff were delightful others were having a very bad day. Same with housekeeping. Some days beds were made and towels changed, other day room was barely touched. There are ot many choices for hotels in Churchill so you can consider this one, just keep your expectations low.

We was greeted and seated by a friendly person! We had time to check the menu and have any questions like what was the soup of the day answered before our order was taken. The food was good and it was more then enough to fill any Hungary person. Drinks were served from the bar so you could have good conversation and relax after a long day out viewing the Polar Bears.

The people working were spectacular, happy to help with anything I asked specifically bailey took time out of her busy day to make sure I was enjoying my stay, the food was by far the best in town as well

I went for work and stayed one night. The room and bed was very clean! Bathroom has been recently updated and was nice and clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Just a reminder to anyone visiting that stores and gas station close early and open late, so plan for it!

The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms are clean with nice warm blankets on the bed. The bathroom were newly renovated with a great rain shower feature! Look for the unique wall painting throughout the inn, fun to see them in unexpected places! Bar fridge, and coffee machine in the room were handy!

Talk about a great Churchill welcome! Yes, this facility is not brand-spanking-new or cookie cutter design like the big cities... But it is a family-run business, a very clean environment, that is run by people who truly love what they do and are proud representatives of this wonderful community. I can't think of a better place to feel the warmth and hospitality of this lovely town. Thank you for what you do!

The hotel and staff at both the Inn and the Pub was excellent! Bailey made all of our arrangements with the tour operators which meant we simply had to show up on time. Would love to return the first week of August to maximize the beluga whale experience!

Our guest room was large and contained a queen bed, large chair and ottoman, TV, desk and chair, mini fridge, and closet with lots of hangers. The bathroom was well equipped with extra towels and toiletries. The front desk staff were on call 24/7 and brought up anything extra we needed. For the price of the room, it was very well appointed. The free continental breakfast was great as well.

We stayed at the Tundra Inn for just one night but it was a great stay. We were very close to everything and the manager (sorry I don’t recall your name!) was wonderful. The whole hotel was clean and we were given a large fan. In the morning I called down to see if we could get a later check out because our train wasn’t coming in until the evening. She was able to bump our stay until the mid afternoon which was wonderful and then held our luggage. Although the train station is close we were still able to get a transfer and shortly after we arrived a young man walked in and showed us a water bottle asking if it was ours. My friend had left it at the hotel and he came all the way back to make sure she had it. Thanks for making our time in Churchill even more memorable and…
