This hotel has spacious, well-maintained rooms with very comfortable beds. It also has a great pool and hot tub. The breakfast room serves a very good breakfast and the staff was very friendly. The hotel bar is adequate but lacks a little ambience.Overall, staff were friendly and dealt with inquiries very efficiently and promptly. The hotel is located directly across from a large designer mall which has lots of great shopping. It is also close to restaurants, including Frankie's, an excellent Italian restaurant.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. Most recently we stayed the night before departing on a 3 week trip to Africa. We booked a room upon our return as well as we knew we would be too tired to drive home (we live 2.5 hours outside of the city). The hotel let us park our vehicle in their parking lot for the duration of our trip for a very reasonable price. In addition their airport shuttle was great... we called the hotel from Toronto airport to let them know our arrival time in Winnipeg, and they were there waiting for us when we landed. Rooms in the hotel were super clean and beds very comfortable after many hours of travel! I Would highly recommend this hotel!

I make a habit of trying out and reviewing different local hotels and restaurants so here is my review of the this hotel. Location is pretty good. Your close to tons of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Hotel outside appearance is decent but parking leaves a lot to be desired. Sure you will always have parking as there is mall parking right across the boulevard but as for parking right close to the hotel there are limited spots as compared to some hotels. Walking in the lobby the hotel looks upscale, modern and nice. There is a decent amount of drinks and snacks available to buy as well as coffee. The on-site restaurant and lounge have a decent selection of drinks and food with decent portions and friendly staff. There is a small indoor pool and jacuzzi as well as a small gym. Check in was pretty quick and friendly. We were told about a breakfast buffet in the mornings but we didn’t end up trying it. Our room unfortunately was on the 1st floor and the view out our window was a wooden fence 6’ away! Make sure you close your curtain as this is a pet friendly hotel and you’ll have people walking their pets past your window. Of your gonna stay here maybe request a higher floor. The room was clean and well appointed but the layout is horrible in my opinion. You get nice closet space, the bathroom is typical and the walk in shower is large enough for two with great pressure and hot water. Our room had a kureg, fridge and microwave as well as snacks such as chips, fruit, water, pop, vitamin water, cheese, crackers and cold cuts. I really like the fact that there was a microwave, a lot of hotels are really missing out on this inexpensive option. The mattress was ok but the pillows are way too soft. I also noticed a cool draft when walking past the window/hvac area. The room provided all the comforts i would need or want but like i said the layout wasn’t the greatest. I feel by separating the room into a separate sleeping and working area they made it look a lot smaller. I would book another stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others as well.

This hotel is such a nice spot, I was impressed by how clean, modern and how well maintained it was! The front desk staff were very friendly and a memorable mention would be Chanel, a server at the restaurant! When we checked in they didn’t have the room we originally booked and we were offered either an upgrade to a larger suit or breakfast buffet vouchers. We took the vouchers and it was a lovely breakfast experience, they have chefs in the back that you can order customized dishes that’s included in the buffet. The room was so clean, and when we walked in it smelt like a vanilla cupcake which made it so warm and welcoming!
Chanel was a super sweet waitress at the restaurant, and her boss should give her a raise, if you see her tip her well! <3

This is a beautiful hotel. Bright and airy. beautifully appointed rooms with fridge and microwave. right across from the outlet mall. We had breakfast in the dining area. While it usually is a buffet it is now a made to order and you can check off what you want. It was very good. The young fellow serving us breakfast, always went above and beyond, making sure everything was satisfactory. When the staff aren't taking care of customers they are wiping everything down for the next customer.

Hand sanitizer through the hotel. Masks required and vax card necessary for the dining room.

We did not use the pool and the bar was closed which really didn't affect us.

Little gestures by the staff such as giving us real wine glasses instead of cardboard coffee cups when we asked for more cups, make bonus points with us. Unfortunately, I don't remember their names, but from the front desk to the serving staff and the cleaning staff, everyone did amazing for us. we would stay here again.

To begin with a few positive notes, staff is friendly, housekeeping efficient and does very good cleaning, room , King, sixth floor spacious with practical layout.
All that does not help if as I assume is important not only to myself, the most important
issue is a good rest, sound and comfortable sleep, which was impossible to enjoy during my stay.
The hotel is facing a noisy highway, a busy main railroad track and a very large parking lot. All of these provide a very noisy environment even throughout the night.
Worst however is the incredibly noise door closing mechanism on the doors, which does not only close doors it slams them shut and makes the walls shaking.
Hard to believe that, at this day and age, where hotels can be located next to an airport runway yet so well sound proofed that you can actually get a good sleep.
Chicago, Toronto and many others case in point. Not so this property. All night long door slamming, snow and ice clearing from midnight to the early morning hours and
freight trains rumbling past. Never have I stayed at a property with sound proofing this bad.
The restaurant was serving a fish and chips dish with batter so overcooked the next stage would have been charcoal and the small bites of fish inside totally dried out.
Too tired from a long trip I did not return it or complained (my fault).
The prominently displayed Hilton Garden Promise guaranteeing to make things right can't really work, as the staff will not be able to provide some desperately needed
soundproofing, except maybe adjust the presssure on the door closing mechanism.
Bottom line, no way will I ever return to this hotel

I am a big fan of Hilton. I have stayed here several times and there is a continual decline.

The rooms are large, filled with awful furniture that seemingly was purchased at a yard sale. The company clearly believed it needed either an architect it an interior designer. If they employed either a refund and referral to a professional discipline ody are in order.

But I overlooked these issues until this trip. It is convenient for SOME of my work. So I stay here but never more than what is required.

I love HILTON because of the general quality of service. With this hotel it is clear they could care less if I come here. A little ironic for a long-time Diamond member. The do the least they can for you. It is simply not worth the premium any I won't stay here again.

Complaints are rarely answered and when answered have the same lack of care that was evident in the rest of the service.

I know it has been hard during COVID for hotels, but this one has minimized service and created a lack of value. If I want dismissive service I could go to a discount motel... Well that seems an insult to discount motels.

Positives: The hotel is very clean and staff is friendly. The room is spacious very nicely presented. They have excellent insulation as we couldn't hear a peep from the halls/neighbors.
Cons: My partners, and my back hurt the next morning from the mattress, on top of the pillows being extremely soft with no substance which ended up hurting our necks as well. They have sliding doors on the washrooms which leaves a small space in between the door and wall so I was able to see and hear my partner in the washroom. The elevator was squeeling very loud, was extremely scary to say the least but they were working on it the next morning. The breakfast was awful, no flavor/seemed old.
Over all a nice stay, seems over priced for just a regular stay hotel. Yes its new but there isn't even a slide in the pool the hottub wasn't even that hot, the food wasn't the best, the sleep was awful. So gets 2 stars for being welcoming and clean. Thanks

When I booked the room, I asked for an assessable one. The room I got did have a walk in shower but it had mold along the grout line. The toilet was Not at an accessible height and there were no grab bars. I was told that our rate would be reduced to 115.00 because they did not have hot breakfasts. I was still charged the same amount. I was told check out time was noon and at 11:00am, a housekeeper came into our room with a staff key. Finally, when we went to check out, I was going to speak with the front desk person, nobody was around. I waited and when the staff person showed up he was not enthusiastic about helping me and told me there were no comment cards but I could leave my rating online so I’m following through.
