Stayed at this hotel for a spring hockey tournament in April. It was the perfect fit for our group with multiple teams in attendence. The hotel was clean, rooms have been updated, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were excellent and provided multiple spaces (lounge area and private areas) for our group to gather in the evening without disrupting the quiet floors. The lounge area was a great place in the evening where large amounts of people gathered to socialize and watch some of the playoff hockey games. The water park was excellent and the kids had a blast in there. The breakfast was great. The staff were very attentive and quick getting the food out. I feel as though I am speaking on behalf of our entire team, and we would definitely rebook at this hotel when travelling back to Winnipeg for another tournament. I had read some of the reviews beforehand and I feel as though I would struggle to find anything negative to say about this hotel. Thanks for the stay and accommodating our three teams. …

Very clean, very polite and helpful staff. Fantastic experience, would visit again in a heartbeat. Ali at the front desk was especially helpful. The restaurant/lounge staff were also great. Also convenient to the airport.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel while traveling for business and I must say that it was a truly wonderful experience. I was fortunate enough to have a room on the corporate floor, which was a much quieter and more conducive space to work. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I needed to print some important documents and was worried that I would have to leave the hotel to do so. However, the staff went out of their way to assist me, even going so far as to print the documents for me themselves. I was extremely grateful for their assistance and it made my stay all the more enjoyable. The hotel itself was also top-notch. The amenities were excellent, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was also ideal, making it easy for me to get to all of my business meetings and appointments. will definitely be recommending it to all of my colleagues and friends and look forward to staying here again in the future.…

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with a friend during our first visit to Winnipeg, and I must say that our experience was truly wonderful. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by a front desk staff that was not only professional but also incredibly friendly and helpful. One particular staff member, the lady manager, was especially helpful when we had a minor issue during our stay. She promptly addressed our concerns and went out of her way to ensure that we were satisfied with the resolution. I will definitely be recommending it to my family and friends and look forward to returning myself in the future.

I stayed here for a conference that they was holding at this hotel. Check in/out was the best experience here! I got to my room and the first thing I smell is wet dog this smell hung around for the two night stay, I also had a white stain of something on top of the desk, I will provide a picture. The room itself seems to be just renovated. The bath room was very nice with a stand in shower. As for the whole hotel it smelled old. During the conference was the only escape from it.

This hotel was more than accommodating. We needed a room as we were storm stayed. They gave us a discount for two rooms kept the restaurant open a little later so that we had a chance to eat. Staff was very accommodating extremely friendly hotel room was beautiful, large and clean. The bed and bedding was some of the softest I felt, I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Food in the restaurant was a little greasy and salty, but bear in mind that we had just come back from Cuba lol. Perfect location from the airport. We will definitely be staying again.

I travel to Winnipeg at least four times a year and stay for about a week or longer each time. The Victoria Inn has become my trusted and familiar home away from home. Everybody is most welcoming and friendly, from Rushi the manager to the hotel cleaning staff - everyone takes time to make me feel at home. And this trip I had my granddaughters fifth birthday at the pool and back in my room. She and her friends loved the dinosaur themed pool area.
